Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Lovely panoramic view of the sea, , the countryside and the resort. Garage. Bed linen and bath towels included. Swimming pool open from June to September.

Payment:
An advance of 30% of the price must be paid at the time of reservation. The remainder of the price is to be paid upon arrival.

Reimbursement in Case of Cancellation:
- Cancellation 30 days or more prior to check-in is not penalized, and the advance will be returned.
- Cancellation 30 days or less to check-in, will result in the loss of the advance.

Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, the client will pay a security deposit in cash of 200 euros. The security deposit will be restored to the client at the time of departure, if there aren’t any damages.

Arrival, Departure and Conduct:
- Check-in is from 4pm (16.00) until 7pm (19.00). If clients expect to arrive later than 7pm, they must notify Villa Miracapri.

- Check-out is at 10am, and at 9:30am a representative of Villa Miracapri will inspect the property.

- Only the number of persons for which the property has been reserved will be given access to the property.

The Campania region

The views can stretch all the way back to the north, domintated by Vesuvius and the city of Naples and the island of Ischia. The little town has been popular with British and many of the local vendars have developed the british language. It has character and history and its harbour offers ferry departures to Capri, Amalfi and Naples and the coastline of Amalfi and Pompei are within easy reach.

“A peaceful haven in the heart of Campania” A warm welcome and undisturbed stay, in what is a tidy spacious property overlooking Capri, and the bay of Naples, with views and sunsets that can't be recorded on camera. Lovely terrace area x 2, and great setting for a family BBQ, or star gazing. Car hire is best option to reach this lovely place, and makes for a great base for touring the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Pompei and more.

“The beautiful view from the balcony made the holiday .” The temperatures were very high whilst we stayed 35 degrees plus and unfortunately there is no air conditioning and only 1 fan between the 2 bedrooms .This made the bedrooms unbearable at night with doors shut to minimise mosquito bites and ant infestation from the balcony . The bedding and towels were of very poor condition . The other 2 apartments we stayed in whilst in Italy had free wifi connection too . Otherwise the outside space , pool ,apartment and location were lovely . I would only recommend it with the addition of air con .
