About the home

Casa “ 2 Ulivi” is located a short walk from the historical centre of the small village of Termini at the end of the Sorrento Peninsula.

It is blessed by the whole scenery of the Gulf of Naples: the Isle of Capri immediately in front, then the islands of Ischia and Procida, followed by the northern tip of the Gulf of Naples stretching all the way to Mount Vesuvius.
From the terrace and the swimming pool there is an amazing sea view . Olive and fruit trees surround the house.

The small and nice village of Termini is at only 300mts (food shops, bar, bus stop, newspaper); Massa Lubrense centre is at 5kms; Sorrento at 10kms; the Amalfi Coast at 18kms.
The famous bay of Marina del Cantone (pebble beaches and restaurants) is 9 kms far.

The home is sunny and spacious, solidly built, features exposed timber beams, beautiful cotto tiling and is furnished with a mix of country and period furniture. The open plan living room and dining room enjoy in winter a large fireplace and a dining table for twelve. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric oven and dishwasher. Double bedroom with access to the panoramic terrace; first bathroom with bath tub and shower; twin bedroom (can be made in a double); smaller twin bedroom; second bathroom with shower. Air conditioning/heating. Beds: 6

If cancellation is notified from the Booking day to 91° day prior to arrival date, the 30% booking fee will be Refunded, less euro 150,00 as Cancelation fees and less Credit Card or Pay Pal Fees.
If cancellation is notified from the 90° to the 60° day prior to arrival date, the 30% booking fee will be withheld.
If cancellation is notified from the 59° to the 30° day prior to arrival date, penalty will be the 75% of the total amount quoted for the stay.
If cancellation is notified from the 29°day up to arrival day, penalty fee will be 100% of the total amount quoted for the stay.
Cancellations should be notified by e-mail and will be countersigned by us and sent back to you to confirm that we are aware of the cancellation.

Campania is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy in particular in the area where the house is located a few miles from Sorrento , the ruins of Pompeii , the island of Capri and close to the Amalfi Coast :

The Massa Lubrense / Termini area

Termini is a jewel at the end of the Sorrento Peninsula which at 300 mts above the sea, faces out to the Bay of Naples and the Isle of Capri. The piazza has a panoramic balcony where one can sit for hours enjoying the fine views of Marina Grande, Tiberius's leap, the Faraglioni and Mount Solaro.
About Termini
Ancient walking tracks connect Termini to all of the villages on the Sorrento Peninsula and in a few hours one can easily reach Sorrento by foot. On the other hand the town has excellent access to several of the local beaches (pebbles, not sand) and the Jeranto Bay national park.
The area is dotted with gastronomic possibilities from delightful and inexpensive local trattorias to exclusive and Michellin rated restaurants.
To do in Termini
• Enjoy the beautiful views from the central piazza
• Climb to Monte san Costanzo (30 mins) for 360° views of the Amalfi coast, Naples, Vesuvius, Capri
• Walk down to the Saracen forts at Punta Campanella

“Stunning sea views, ideal pool size, very relaxed stay” The views are stunning overlooking Capri and the outer Bay of Naples. After the busy crazy drive out along the Sorrento Peninsula, you will feel very relieved that you are now miles away from anywhere and well away from the crowded towns and resorts. The degree of peace and isolation was perfect. Pool is small but you need no more than this. House is also small but still cool in the hot weather and was all we needed for a family of 6. Excellent restaurant 5 min walk away. Great place for a real crash and relax holiday. ALL of the small seaside towns and fishing villages are overcrowded in peak of the season - so summer not great if you are looking for relaxed touring and ease of parking. Stay at the house, have a swim, read a book, sleep and eat well instead.
