About the home

This tasteful furnished villa is located in the Salobre Golf Resort.
which is one of the most elegant and quiet areas on the Island,
The beautiful layout of the terrace looks like a second living room, divide in
a outdoor dining space, ( BBQ ) and a sofa set. You will enjoy a time there also during the winter, with its outdoor heater.
You will enjoy the view to the lit pool at the night, the garden and the golf course.
Special in the colder months, a swim in the heated 32m2 pool, is a pleasure. Also during the night with its colorful floodlit.
The kitchen is modern designed with everything you might need,
and it includes the indoor dining area.
The living room, dining room, kitchen, and two of the bedrooms,
all benefiting from the direct access to the terrace.
Sat TV, DVD, and air condtioning / heating.
The villa is perfect for children and suitable for people with mobility problems.
There are only a few kilometres to the favourite beaches of Maspalomas / Playa de Amadores.
Only five min. longer by car, you are in Playa del Ingles or Puerto Rico,
where you will find many restaurants with various tastes / lots of bars / live music and entertainment.
Camel safaris, jeep safaris, skydiving, horseback riding, scuba diving, tennis,
boat trips / deep sea fishing, everything is possible.
There are many ways of a combination between relaxation and adventure.

There is a plasma TV, ( Sat TV ), DVD, and Wii is included in the price.
Nice views to the terrace with outdoor heater / garden / pool & golf court.
The master bedroom has a big double bed, inbuilt wardrobes &
bed side tables, also large patio doors with direct access to the garden / pool.
The second / third bedroom has two big single beds, inbuilt wardrobes & bedside tables.
The modern decorated and functioning bathrooms have large showers, wash basins, toilet and bidet. ( Hairdryer )
The fully equipped kitchen has everything what you might need.
From the oven to the microwave, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, everything are there.
All different kind of classes / cups / plates, and cutlery are available for six people.

After a swim in this luxurious 32m2 pool have a relax lying on the comfortable sun loungers with views of the natural landscape of mountains which contrasting the green of the golf course.
On the cozy terrace with a large space for six people eating / barbecue area, you can spend a quiet and pleasant evening with stunning views across the golf court.
You don´t have to decide between a dinner / barbecue, and a relaxed sit, there is enough room for both.
Sun lovers have their place in the garden, and a dip in the pool will refresh them.
An accompanying parking lot is right next to the villa.
A two-person golf buggy, previous reservation which is provided free of charge.

The Gran Canaria region

Gran Canaria is one of the larger islands of the Islas Canarias, just off the Northeast coast of Africa. Apart from the beautiful weather, the island offers lots of culture and stunning natural landscapes. The capital Las Palmas de Gran Canaria provides the ideal setting for an enjoyable city break and offers a variety of museums, festivals, parks and squares.
From the only pedestrian zone " Triana," you can walk quick to the Cathedral "Santa Ana", and behind to the "Columbus Museum ", and the " Nestor Museum ". Before you go back, visit the harbour. With luck, could be some well known cruise ships there.
In Tarajalillo there is an Aeroclub where you can fly over the island and admire the sights.
The Western town " Sioux City" with their shows on Wed and Fridays always worth a visit.
Boat trips / deep sea fishing starting from Puerto Rico and Mogan.
Not only kids like the " Palmitos Park ", Cactualdea ( Cactus Park ), Reptilandia ( Reptile Park ),
and AquaSur ( Waterpark ).
On the way to Fataga, the main road to the mountains is the featured "Mundo de Aborigen ".
The replica of a village with life-size statues of native people and scenes from their daily life.
We recommended a half-day trip to Guadeque, which is interesting with its inhabited caves / church.

The Maspalomas area

The villa is located on the Salobre Golf Resort, with his two impressive 18-hole golf courses.
The next restaurants / bars at the Sheraton Hotel, and the "Casa Club", (Golf Club House) .
At the " Sheraton Hotel ", you can purchase a VIP card to use the gym / swimming pools, parking, and a transfer to the Beach House ( bus seats on request ). The spa treatments, and massages are highly recommendable.
Outside the gate is a small supermarket, which supplies you with newspapers and the daily things.
Only 10 min. by car to Meloneras, Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles with their famous fine-sand dunes and kilometre after kilometre of soft beach, good for water sports.
You will find there many restaurants with various tastes / lots of bars / live music and entertainment.
Almost any bank in Playa del Ingles, has English speaking staff.
The nearest hospital is located in Meloneras. In Playa del Ingles there are international doctor centres,
the language wouldn’t be a problem.

At San Fernando is every week on Wed and Sat market.

Acciona Trasmediterranea sails from Cádiz in Spain to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Acciona also have ferries that interconnect with the other Canary Islands.
