Home description

At Club Vista Serena you will find a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful gardens and the swimming pools which are heated in Winter time, are an invitation to de-stress. The reception and minimarket are opened 24 hours; you do not have to worry if you have a late arrival. The apartments are designed to make your holiday carefree. The kitchen has everything you need, and we also have a programme called Holiday Comforts, which is a list of extra items such as latex mattresses, soft pillows, wok, rubber bath mats, etc. As you are on holiday you do not always want to cook. At the pool bar/restaurant they offer a wide range of snacks during day time and at evening you can enjoy a romantic diner à la carte. You can watch satellite television or ask the receptionist to put on a DVD. In the area below reception you will find a library, internet corner and courtesy shower. Other facilities are a laundry and luggage room.

The Gran Canaria region

There are many reasons to choose Gran Canaria as your holiday destination, at any time of year. Its privileged climate and beaches are just a few of them. On this island you will also find extraordinary natural heritage and a wonderful setting for water sports.The variety of landscapes on Gran Canaria is stunning. There is an incredible choice on its 236 kilometres of coast. From the peaceful coves of the south of the island to more popular tourist areas such as Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and San Bartolomé de Tirajana, home to the famous Playa del Inglés beach, along with unique spots like Maspalomas beach with its dunes and the broad, untouched sands of Güi-Güi. Gran Canaria is a great option for lovers of water sports. There is a host of possibilities: scuba diving, surfing, sailing and, of course, windsurfing - the island is considered one of the best places in the world for this sport. In fact, it often hosts major international windsurfing competitions.





Gran Canaria's natural surroundings are another of its attractions. 46 percent of its surface area has the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve designation. There is a broad network of tracks and trails to be found on the island. You can explore the different nature reserves on foot or by bike, and even see whales and dolphins in their natural habitat - these animals can often be found in waters off the south of the island.

Maspalomas / Campo International area

Here at the south coast we do have almost right next to the door. By car, you can be within 5 minutes in Playa del Inglès, Meloneras, San Fernando. Maspalomas boasts many attractions. Family attractions include water parks "Aquasur" and "Ocean Park", Palmitos Park (a sub-tropical oasis) and Sioux City (a recreation of the wild west). There is an 18 hole golf course, in Campo de Golf, water sports, go carting, horse riding and many many more things to do. February sees the beginning of the famous Carnival, which is the highlight of the year for both the locals and the tourists. It begins in the capital of the island Las Palmas and moves around the island ending in the south in March. The atmosphere is fantastic and really should be seen to be believed.

Conditions

30% of the total rental amount will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time you make your booking. Another 35% will be charged halfway between making the booking and the check in date. The remaining 35% will be charged 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival day will forfeit 5% of the 30% deposit. Cancellations notified 14 days or less and more than 6 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the 30% deposit. Cancellations notified between 4 and 6 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75% of the 30% deposit. Cancellations notified less than 4 days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit.

Guestbook for CLUB VISTA SERENA

We have visited Club Vista Serena for the last six years and find it very
friendly from the start of our holiday and all the way through. The
apartments are well maintained and are thoroughly clean with towels and bed
linen frequenly changed.You feel safe at all times as the reception is
manned 24 hours also the shop on site (ready for any time arrivals !!) No
noise or crowds here! Pool Bar is under new management and Ramon goes out
of his way to please. The pool and gardens are excellently maintained on a
daily basis. The Staff are all great and will do anything to help and
always with a smile. For us, this yearly visit is pure relaxation in a place
that we look forward to returning to every year."
