The property is in an exclusive complex with total privacy situated in beautiful mature gardens, landscaped with cacti, shady tropical trees and exotic plants. The complex enjoys impressive Atlantic views. It has a combination of Spanish and Moroccan architecture. The climate during the day is between 20-30 degrees and at night 15-20 degrees all year round.
The Villa has 2 large terraces with a view of the Atlantic Ocean on 3 sides. It is the perfect place to relax and let the world go by.You can have a quiet swim in the very large heated swimming pool which overlooks the villa and the sea. It is lovely to hear the waves hitting the rocks in the still of the night and in the distance you can see the lights in Playa Del Inglas.

The Gran Canaria region

Gran Canaria has something for everyone - if you want a relaxing beach holiday, a golf holiday or a more active holiday the island has it all.
This area of Bahia Felix has many sporting activities. Wind Surfing and Kite surfing : Club Minstral has its main base directly on the beach. There are 70 boards with 100 rigs as well as state of the art kites are at your disposal Next you have mountain biking with many routes locally and bikes can be rented locally also.
Maspalomas famous beaches and golf links are 10 minutes away.
Maspalomas / Bahia Feliz area
Bahia Feliz is famous for wind surfing and has a large club house and teaching school. In the village you have 15 restaurants and many bars also internet connection.
The apartment is situated 20 minutes from Las Palmas Airport and 10 minutes from Maspalomas and its famous beaches. All kinds of services are at your disposal, supermarkets, shops, car hire, bars, restaurants, newsagents, sporting activities and much more.
How to get there
The Mini villa is 15 minutes from Las Palmas Airport. To get to the apartment you take the road marked GC 500 SUR towards Playa Del Ingles and Maspalomas. At junction 37 you turn off for Bahia Feliz, San Augustin and just after that take the next sign for Mogan to your right. At the sign for Mogan you will see Air Tours on your left you then take the road sign for Playa del Aguila. At the bottom of this road there is a stop sign. Turn left and at the roundabout take the last exit into the village called Bahia Feliz which will be 500 yards.Turn right at the enterence and drive to the end of this road. Here you will see large wooden door with a car park in front of it. By taxi from the airport the cost is about 18Euro. The meet and greet person lives in number 2 Ville del Mar on this road. Record rent a car has a very good service at a low cost. A taxi rank service is also available in the complex.

Further details indoors: The MIni Villa is 80 sq meters in size with also a 200 sq meters between terrace and garden. In the kitchen you have a dishwasher and a full size fridge and freezer, microwave, full size oven,hob, coffee maker, smoothie maker, George Forman, etc. The utility room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. In the bathroom a hair dryer unit is also fitted. A flat screen LCD TV, Video, DVD & stereo radio is also provided. The bedrooms has DVD player and TV, Radio CD player. The Villa has a safe in each bedroom. Towels and bed linen are provided and the villa can be cleaned once a week if required for a small fee.
Further details outdoors: Bahia Feliz is one of the first beach resorts on the south east coast of Gran Canaria. The villa is on the sea front with beautiful walks. At the entrance to the complex there is ample car parking. A security firm provides 24 hour security for the complex. In front of the Villa there is a heated swimming and poolside bar and restaurant. Bahia Felix is in the maspalomas region and it has a very good infrastructure. There is a shopping centre, boutiques, restaurants,cafes, pubs, so that guests may not require a car. Gran Canaria has 6 golf coureses with 4 more almost finished and the rates are less the avarage. The green fees of 18 hole courses cost 50 Euro in the off season between (May- September ) and 70 Euro in the remaining months.
Conditions
The Villa is not suitable for children under Maria our meet and greet person lives beside the complex and he will give you full details when you arrive. A pack of basic food items will be in the Villa on arrival.
