The bungalow is located in the private urbanisation of Pasito Blanco one of the most prestigious areas in the whole island. This is a very quiet area that easily adapts to the visitor offering a wide range of activities that always satisfy our customers. The bungalow has 3 bedrooms the main en suite one includes a cradle, the rooms can be found in the 2 floors, having a capacity for 6 guests and a baby. There are 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large living room.
On the front part of the bungalow there is a small terrace with a large table, there is also another terrace at the back and finally a balcony on the second floor with views to the pool. There is a large rectangular pool, only for residents from the same bungalows. The place is only 2 min walk to the beach of Pasito Blanco and just in front of a small Spar supermarket.
The location of the bungalow is perfect for those looking for some relaxing holidays, but for those looking for some fun and activities to keep them busy, like going to the beach, fishing, going sailing, scuba diving, parties, playing golf or tennis….pasito blanco also seems to be the perfect place for that. It simply adapts to what you are looking for.
To find out about this wide range of activities there is an office in the urbanisation where they can help you with whatever you need, also to get internet connection. Pasito Blanco has a small beach of sand for residents, large areas with gardens perfect for children to play in and common areas to sit or sunbathe. There is also a new members cub called 'La Punta' that just opened in 2011. This is considered one of the most exclusives clubs in the island, as residents and visitors can enjoy swimming in the sea, having lunch, sunbathing or even drinking a cocktail in the chill out area.

The Gran Canaria region
Gran Canaria is the second most populous island of the Canary Islands, with a population of 838,397 which constitutes approximately 40% of the population of the archipelago. Located in the Atlantic Ocean about 150 kilometers (~93 miles) off the northwestern coast of Africa and about 1350 km (~838 miles) from Europe.
This island is called a "Miniature Continent" due to the different climates and variety of landscapes found, with long beaches and dunes of white sand, contrasting with green ravines and picturesque villages.
Most tourists stay in the south of the island, which is sunnier and has less rain than the north. In the south there is a large bird park, Palmitos Park, as well as many beach resort communities. Resorts are concentrated in the central eastern part of the southern coast in the Maspalomas area, which includes the towns of San Agustín, Playa del Inglés, Sonnenland, Maspalomas and Meloneras. The Dunes of Maspalomas are located between Playa del Inglés ("The Englishman's Beach") and Maspalomas. Another tourist attraction is the lighthouse at Maspalomas situated at the western end of Maspalomas.
The Maspalomas / Pasito Blanco area
Pasito Blanco is at only 2 kilometers of the main tourist center on the island, Maspalomas Costa Canaria and Meloneras, in San Bartolomé de Tirajana. Its privileged position in an area of the island where mild south breezes and warm weather prevail during the whole year, makes it in a wonderful refuge for all who sail around the Canary Islands and reach port in Gran Canaria.
Yachting Harbour Pasito Blanco has nowadays 381 berth points for ships between 6 and 40 meters of length. Our best offer is the calm stay and the rest of its visitors during the year in addition to the excellent sport fishing of this part of the coast, the proximity of golf links and the beaches of thin and golden sand, which make this tourist place more attractive.

Just before entering in Pasito Blanco you will find a large golf course and a bus stop with buses that can take you to Maspalomas / Meloneras / Playa del Ingles (just a few minutes away) and even the city of Las Palmas in the north of the island. Pasito Blanco is on the south coast and access to main roads is very easy. There are also 3 main golf courses around the area, other than the one already mentioned.
The island in general has many things to offer for both tourists and residents, Pasito Blanco is just the best place to start and finish your day, or even enjoy the whole day if you feel like having some relaxing time.
