About the home

The property is a two stories villa and has its own private pool and is located at the Pasito Blanco Marina. Within walking minutes has a convenient supermarket and at the pier's end a restaurant with a swimming, sun bathing and chill out area.

Also, a small sandy beach is on one side of the marina.

By car you are minutes from the Maspalomas beach with its famous dunes, tourist area leisure centres, restaurants, shops, bars and Casino. Next to the Meloneras golf course and minutes by car from Maspalomas golf course. Close to other golf courses and points of interest.

“Great house at good location” We booked the house with need for at least 4 bedrooms and all the rooms are very nice with each of them with separate bathrooms. This makes it feel like pure luxury, and there is also an extra bathroom on the outside by the pool. All bedrooms are ok in size and a lot of the house space is taken up by the bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equiped, lots of glasses and plates and all cooking appliances you would like. The outdoor terrace is large, well furnished and with a nice pool. The pool is rather small but quite ok for taking a dip. We where lucky and had warm and nice weather, if you are more than 4/5 staying here the indoor living room of the house is not very large, so the terrace is a great place to be. There was also a golf cart belonging to the house and this was great to have and run down to the port och minimart. The house was nicely furnished and was well kept with good towels/linen. Cleaning left nothing to be asked.

“Great villa, great location” Stayed here in October '12 with 5 friends. The owner speaks great English making the booking process easy and was available throughout our stay when we needed assistance. Villa itself is very spacious and therefore great for a group. The outdoor area is perfect for lazy afternoons and the rest of the vill is well equipped and in a very good condition. The marina was really peaceful with a small supermarket and bar / restaurant and although we never hired a car, taxis were easy to arrange at security. Highly recommended.
