About the home

This mini villa is a honeymoon retreat in a perfect location with the waves at your door step. The complex is 5 star and enjoys impressive Atlantic views. The climate during the day is between 20-30 degrees and at night 15-20 degrees all year round. WIFI available at the pool restaurant next to your property also after hours and free.
The property has 2 large terraces with a view of the Atlantic Ocean on 3 sides and only a few steps away. It is the perfect place to relax and let the world go by.You can have a quiet swim in the very large heated swimming pool which overlooks the property and the sea. It is lovely to hear the waves hitting the rocks in the still of the night and in the distance you can see the lights in Playa Del Inglas. All new garden furniture has been added to the property.

The Villa is 80 sq meters in size + 200 sq meters of terraces and garden with lots of garden furniture to help you relax. In the kitchen you have everything you need, dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, microwave, full size oven & hob, coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker in the kitchen etc. The utility room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron etc. all new bed linen and towels all professionally laundered.
In the bathroom you have lots of toiletries & hair dryer. Large Samsung flat screen LCD TV, Video, DVD & sterio radio, surround sound is also provided for your enjoyment with lots of DVDs and books to read..
The Villa has a safe in each bedroom. Towels and bed linen are provided and the can be changed if requested each week

Bahia Feliz is one of the first beach resorts on the southeast coast of Gran Canaria. The Mini/villa is on the sea front with beautiful walks. At the entrance to the complex there is ample free car parking. A security firm provides 24 hour security for the complex. In front of the property there is a heated swimming pool and poolside bar and restaurant. There is also many good restaurants, shope and hotels in the complex.
Private parking with this property 25 Euro per week request on booking.

This area is very safe and quiet with very little traffic.
It is very nice to go to the shops or supermarket in the morning with the sun on your face and a gentle breeze.
WIFI at the pool restaurant.
Baby cot and high chair available free on request.
Late departure from the complex on request bags are stored for you.

Conditions

Our meet and greet person lives beside the complex and they will give you full details when you arrive.
A pack of basic food items, and toiletries, washing powders etc will be in the property on arrival.

The Gran Canaria region

The weather is good all year round with little or no rain making it a perfect all year round holiday destination. Gran Canaria has something for everyone - if you want a relaxing beach holiday, a golf holiday or a more active holiday the island has it all. Maspalomas famous beaches and golf links are 10 minutes away.

The Maspalomas / Bahia Feliz area

Bahia Feliz is famous for wind surfing and has a large club house and teaching school. The apartment is situated 20 minutes from Las Palmas Airport and 10 minutes from Maspalomas and its famous beaches.

In the village you have 20 restaurants and many bars also internet connection. All kinds of services are at your disposal, supermarkets, shops, car hire, bars, restaurants, newsagents, sporting activities and much more.

The Beach sea front properties are 15 minutes from Las Palmas Airport. To get to it you take the road marked GC 500 SUR towards Playa Del Ingles and Maspalomas. At junction 37 you turn off for Bahia Feliz, San Augustin and just after that take the next sign for Mogan to your right. At the sign for Mogan you will see Air Tours on your left you then take the road sign for Playa del Aguila. At the bottom of this road there is a stop sign. Turn left and at the roundabout take the last exit into the village called Bahia Feliz which will be 500 yards.Turn right at the entrance to Bahia Feliz and drive to the end of this road. Here you will see large wooden door with a car park in front of it.

By taxi from the airport the cost is about 25 Euro. A taxi rank service is also available in Bahia Feliz.

“Relaxing” Stay here for a week in August 2011, Apartment was Very clean,Spacious with an excellent view of the sea. It is about 10 15 mins to the shops (We had to go buy water everyday).But very easy to get taxi's and buses to go to the neighbouring towns..at a very resonable price.Not suitable for kids younger then 5,as the pool has no shallow end.

Wonderful location and very peaceful area.

Suitable for all ages with many attractions close by and plenty to do for adults and children.
We had a very relaxing holiday and the property was more then we asked for with all the extras.

This is the best complex I have ever stayed in, clean and quiet and the complex was fab.
