Internet access is offered via a 'Pay as you go' system which is offered in the town and can be purchased for a very reasonable hourly or daily rate. To the front of the cottage is a paved patio area with seating, ideal for enjoying a little al-fresco dining on those balmy summer evenings.

The quaint Dales town of Masham is extremely popular with tourist's, visitors are welcomed by its cobbled market place, reputedly one of the largest in the country. This market place is surrounded by quaint tearooms and gift shops with local produce in abundance. Wensleydale is adorned by many traditional market towns. The area is perfect for walking and cycling. The historians amongst you may enjoy a visit to Jervaulx Abbey just five miles away. This privately owned abbey has been lovingly preserved by the owners and is famous for its Cistercian monastery. It was founded in 1156, and the inhabiting monks bred their own sheep, cattle and horses, and were thought to be the first to make Wensleydale cheese.
