About the home

Set in private 2.5 acres of olive groves, Trulli Master Domini faces west down a valley to where the sun sets spectacularly each evening. Trulli Master Domini consists of 7 connected trulli, professionally restored in 2010 by an Italian architect team and interior designer, blending modern minimalist glamour with the traditional features of the original trullo.

Each room has individual air conditioning and heating.
Two of the bedrooms have large French doors which lead to the villas patios.
Two of the four bathrooms are en suite, and one is shared by the other two bedrooms.
The fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere in one of the two living rooms.
The 12m x 4m private swimming pool is salt chemical free.
The 2 outside gazebo offer a shaded intratening area for dining and relaxing.
Utility room with all the facilities.
Covered parking space for 3 cars.

The housekeeper provides 2 hour cleaning service 3 days per week, included in the price.

Extra cleaning hours, nanny service and chauffeur can be provided at extra charge.

The Puglia/Molise region

Puglia (or Apulia) is one of the southernmost regions of Italy stretching from the Gargano peninsula in the north to Gallipoli at the tip of the heel. It is a wonderful, unspoilt area of Italy where traditional values and the rural lifestyle form the basis of everyday life.

Puglia is the ideal place to relax, unwind and sample a slower pace of life in rhythm with the seasons, eating and drinking with friends and sampling fresh produce at the many excellent, family friendly restaurants.

The Martina Franca area

Martina Franca is famous for its many festivals, cathedrals, churches and excellent shops and restaurants. There are endless activities on offer for those who can drag themselves away from the Trullo.

Here you are only 20km from the beach where beach combing and water sports are all on offer. The nearby towns of Ostuni, Alberobello (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Locorotondo and Cisternino are all well worth a visit – for their wonderful restaurants, shops, museums and sights.

A beautiful 18 hole golf course can be found on 40 minutes away. There are excellent walking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, as well as ruins to visit, wine tours, zoos and scenic drives. You won’t run out of things to do!

“Relaxing and wonderfull food!” We had a fantastic week at Mater Domini!! The trulli have been restored to a very high standard and it is confortable, quite and well located. The area has many charming little villages to visit: Alberobello, Cisternino, Fasano, Ostuni, etc and the country site with its many olive trees is beautifull. We can't wait to go back to enjoy Maria's cooking! Carmen
