Marta is situated in the nord part of Viterbo’s district called “High Tuscia”. It is only 25 km from well known Viterbo. From the main entrance there is access into the living area which is divided into two area, spacious living room and the dining room with open fire place. From the dining room there is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the veranda, furnished with a wooden dining table and portable barbeque. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom with open fire place and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor is reachable from the living room via a staircase where there are three double bedrooms from which one of which with open fireplace and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
Further details outdoors: The property is surrounded by 120.000 sqm of land of which about 5000 sqm is used as garden. The house is surrounded by a spacious veranda furnished on one side with a beautiful hardwood table, ideal for “al fresco” dinners, and the another furnished with comfortable wrought iron sofas. Close to the swimming pool there is a wrought iron gazebo ideal place for an aperitif or to enjoy the surrounding nature in totally relax.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- 30% as deposit to be paid on the act of booking plus the costs of opening the file Euro 40.00. - 70% as balance to be paid in the forty days preceding the beginning of location. Balance payment by Credit card will be accepted.
BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 40 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF STAY: In this case the clients must make the payment of the total amount of the rent in one single instalment on the act of booking. The way of payment will be the same as in the normal booking procedure.
