We are a hotel apartment facility, just opened in Marta right in front of Bolsena's Lake, a fitness centre with Turkish bath, Sauna, Jacuzzi, massage room and a gym.
This 2 bedroom apartment is equipped with independent bathrooms, they are very large and equipped with mini-bars with drinks always offered, electronic safes made to contain even laptops, hair dryers, direct telephones, and air conditioning adjustable by the customers; the furnishings was designed in a modern style by designer Domenico de Palo.
There’s an internet point available for free in the lounge zone of our structure.

The Lazio region
We are just one hour trip to Rome.
The lake has the cleanest waters of all Europe lakes, the climate is generally mild except for the months of December, January and February(those winter time months are ideal for windsurfers and kite surfers because it's very windy); in Summer time it's easy to go over 35 degrees so it's very hot and the beaches on the lake are very crowded with people The region is very famous for the typical cuisine and wonderful wines, so gastronomical tours are all around, the city of Orvieto with its magnificent monuments is reachable in 40 minutes and Rome is only one hour by car, other activities on lake are canoeing and fishing. Bicycle tours are also very common especially tour of Bolsena Lake, which is 63 km and is flat so suitable also for beginners.
Marta area
Placed on the shore of Bolsena Lake which boasts the primacy of the cleanest waters of all Europe, Bolsena Lake is the biggest volcanic lake in Europe, there are beautiful natural beaches, local activities are windsurfing and you can rent boats for trips on the lake. There is also boat sightseeing service on the lake, Marta is very famous for its beautiful middle age ancient town and fortress, and it’s also very famous for their delicious restaurants that are all close to Relais del Lago; From Marta by car you can easily reach Rome in 60 minutes, Siena in 80 minutes, Perugia in 80 minutes and Firenze in 110 minutes; the nearest seaside is Montalto or tarquinia that are 30 kms away.
How to get there
The hotel is easily reachable from the A1 highway, exit Orte or Orvieto and is 45 kilometres away from the highway interchanges, 20 kilometres away from the train station of Viterbo Porta Fiorentina, and 115 kilometres away from the airport of Rome, and on customers’ demand we offer shuttling from and to airports; in front of the hotel there’s a COTRAL Lazio bus station where customers can take buses to Rome and Viterbo. Ryanair flights for Rome ciampino are very cheap.
