About the home

Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this new residence is located in the heart of the new business quarter of Le Prado, 100 metres from the beach, easy to get to via the Avenue du Prado or the Corniche. It lies in a quiet residential area close to a large number of restaurants and the Palais des Congrès. Note: This site can accommodate people with reduced mobility (minor disabilities, elderly people) with a able-bodied escort and families with young children (pushchair).

The apartment is about 20m², there is a large living area with one double sofa-bed, one bedroom with two single beds. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen (2 ring hotplate, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and electric coffee maker), a bathroom (basin + bath) with toilet. There is also a pay telephone, television, safe and air conditioning. One can also walk out onto the balcony with furniture.

Heated swimming pool, 13m x 6m, open from April to end of September.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Bouches-du-Rhone region

- The famous ferryboat crossing at the Vieux Port (old harbour).
