Home description
The gite is on one level, newly appointed with large open plan sitting/dining kitchen. Private terrace with wonderful view down the valley. Use of 10 x 5 metre salt water swimming pool and exercise facilities. The property is close to the owners property, whilst retaining privacy. The property is clean, contemporary and charming. Gas BBQ. Linen provided. Either lots or nothing to do - you chose! French antique and flea market information from the owner and optional Morgan car trips of the region.
This is the first season for this gite and we want to give a warm welcome to all our guests - we want you back next year!! We are sure you won't be disappointed. Sue & Richard

The Midi-Pyrenees / Tarn-et-Garonne region
Very gentle, unspoilt countryside, rolling hills, many medieval bastide villages. Famous for Armaniac, duck and local markets. For the most part, an undiscovered part of France. The locals are kind and friendly and there is a lot to do and see. We are 9k from St Clar which is a beautiful 14th century bastide village with covered halle and shopping. Many people fall in love with this region which offers a very easy lifestyle
Marsac area
Any excuse for a festival in this area eg garlic, wine even prune festivals and night markets. All ages attend and there is a wonderful community spirit of years gone by. The Pyrenees are within a 3 hour drive as is the coast including Bordeaux (2 hours). Toulouse is an hour away and offers many places of interest including the new A380 Airbus production line. Montauban is about 40 minutes drive - the prefectural town and once again many places of interest including the Ingres Museum.

Easy Jet, BMI to Toulouse. All major car hire companies. Approx 1 hour from Toulouse airport.
