Beautiful traditional riad with open central courtyard. The riad offers very comfortable living spaces with two large double bedrooms with en suite tadelakt baths big enough for two!! and showers. Both rooms have private safes, large wardrobes, air conditioning, heating, and open fireplaces.1 ground floor with 2 single beds with close by shower and rest room air conditioning, and 1 single bedroom.

You won't forget the riad's stunning architecture and its large sitting room complete with an open fireplace. The dining room has original art painted by the owners along with antique rugs and furniture all together working as a beautiful retreat from the busy Medina. Our chef can prepare delicious international cuisine at your desire.

How to get there

Our beautiful riad has English- french -multi-lingual speaking staff who will pamper you throughout your stay ,offering full concierge service.
To get to the riad ,you will be personally greeted from the airport by our highly proffessional English speaking manager Amine ,( not a taxi driver who doesn't speak English) our riad is on the famous Jemmal el fna square , find Cafe des France on the corner,( the other corner is Marrachi restaurant) you would walk down that road Rue des banques,turn left and we are on the left opposite Kennaria hotel, its that close! SO DONT MISS THIS ONE!! others say they are close but we really are! 20 meters from the square, we have got to be the nearest riad to the square!

Within the central courtyard there is a various selection of palm, orange and lemon trees, bourganvilia and fragrant jasmine. There is a beautiful plunge pool complete with waterfall. Sunbath on two terraces with shower and breathtaking views of the atlas mountains the old Medina, Koutoubia mosque and palaces. Relax by the fountain with hand painted wall murals or under the shade of the palm trees in the courtyard garden.
all baths basins etc are made of beautiful traditional tadelakt (sand and quick lime and polished by hand using a special stone and black soap)relax and be pampered!

So you won't get lost as you can in many riads if your trying a riad holiday for the first time, the riad has easy access to the door via Taxi (traffic permitting) or horse and carriage at any time. Transport is usually difficult for most riads because of narrow access routes.most say they are close to the square, but 10 to 15 minutes walk when your going down confusing alley ways especially at night can be confusing,and you can get easily lost thats why everyone loves staying at our riad as its so easy to find well lit, you live amongst the friendly locals and the convenience of being so close to everything 30 seconds walk! but still a quiet oasis !!

we have single room available with hand painted furniture and tadelakt walls(lime finish)from £35 a night low season £50 high season, also we can put 2 single beds in downstairs room with shower and rest room next door+air conditioning from £65 to £90 per night.all including breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly baked french bread and pastries,preserves tea or coffee, our chef will also make you anything else you may require including special diets or allergies just ask always happy to help.
