Just 15 minutes after departing Marrakech Menara airport you can be relaxing by the Kobba’s impressive private infinity pool or pouring yourself a chilled glass of complementary wine on the terrace. Once inside the magnificent villa, it is your home. You are free to indulge your senses and lose yourself in the serenity of an acre of lush palm gardens surrounded by blooming roses, calming water fountains and olive trees, take a dip, soak up a mesmerising view of the High Atlas Mountains from the glorious master bedroom terrace or simply dissolve into a hammock and enjoy one of Morocco’s legendary 300 days of yearly sunshine.

Whilst you relax, your Moroccan home will be kept beautifully clean and tidy by a discreet team of housekeepers and maids and an optional private chef can cater to your every gastronomic whim should you wish to savour the very best of traditional Moroccan and European cuisine. By day or by dusk you can be served poolside, in the lovely dining room, or enjoy the candlelit delights of your own secluded outdoor dining terrace. The Marrakech region

We are located in southern Morocco, just 8 miles south of the great imperial city of Marrakech and its ancient medina, famous Jemma el fna square, fragrant spice markets, stunning architecture and bustling souks. Marrakech’s ancient and picturesque red city has the Atlantic Ocean 100 miles to the west and the majestic Atlas Mountains 30 miles to the south and east. We are just 15 minutes by car from Menara (Marrakech) airport.


Nearby we have golf, spas, water-parks, restaurants, shopping and bars in Gueliz and of course the spectacular Atlas Mountains. More information about the Medina and Marrakech can be found on our website.

Marrakech City / Route L'ourika area

The villa is an ideal, tranquil retreat. However, if you want to explore there's plenty to do!

Enjoy being pampered at the Beldi Spa and restaurant, the Royal Marrakech Golf Course is a must, just around the corner from the villa is Plage Rouge.

How to get there

Flights are out of Gatwick, Luton and Manchester to Marrakech. Flight time is just 3 hours. Fly with the likes of Easy Jet, Atlas Blue and RyanAir. From around £90.
Villa holiday includes airport transfer to the villa retreat which is a simple 15 minute drive. There are also flights to Marrakech from most major airports worldwide.
There is a driver available who will happily take you to the Medina, Royal Golf, shopping, restaurants, water parks, spa and bars (payable direct). Mountain trips by 4x4 also available.

The Kobba retreat sleeps up to 10 people and has five large en suite bedrooms – 3 in the main villa and another 2 in the detached luxury pavilion. Power showers and state of the art air conditioning throughout ensure that you can stay cool in the heat of the African sun and the master bedroom boasts luxurious touches such as regal upholstered chairs, a furnished balcony with beautiful views, sumptuous bed linen and opulent full length mirrors.

To enhance your experience of Morocco’s renowned architectural splendour, the enchanting Kobba and pavilion interiors have been painstakingly decorated and furnished: adorned with African textiles, inlaid chests, opulent furnishings, a huge drawing room fireplace and striking Moroccan art works.

Yet there is no shortage of modern amenities or 21st century home comforts for those wishing to stay abreast of world affairs, catch up with e-mails, or simply enjoy a favourite movie during your stay. We provide our guests with a large flat screen TV, CD and DVD players, an MP3 player and internet connection.

Entry to this exclusive development is over a private bridge through a magnificently imposing entrance with full 24hour security. For parties who prefer the independence of self-catering, the Kobba has a beautifully equipped Mobalpa fitted kitchen complete with granite worktops, two large refrigerators with icemakers, a dishwasher, six burner hob, oven, pure filtered tap water for drinking and a large selection of both traditional and modern tableware, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils. Our local staff can assist with the sourcing and purchasing of fresh food and groceries and a driver can be on hand to take you to Marrakech’s largest superstore to choose from a vast selection of groceries, fresh fruit, meat and vegetables, soft drinks and alcohol should you wish to stock up.

I love The Kobba and I hope my family and I will be hiring it for years to come. We all had a fantastic time. The villa was fabulous. The food was to die for. The weather was lovely. The staff were friendly and lovely. Everything was perfect.

Having had the opportunity to rent your Marrakech Kobba Villa for our short three day golf break last week, it was the best decision we made for a thoroughly enjoyable break. The reasons are that firstly, the Kobba Resort Driver which you had booked for us was punctual and displayed our names correctly which is not always easy in a foreign country.
The first experience of Marrakech is where you stay and as we approached Kobba Villa, the Main large Gated Entrance over the small bridge is impressive with the security guard. When we drove down into the villa through its own gate, you could immediately feel that it was splendid and very private.
Internally, the lounge and kitchen/ dining room were colourful, bright and spacious and tastefully furnished. All the bedrooms including the 2 guest rooms in the separate building were generally of good size with large bathrooms but particularly the master Bedroom which I had on the first floor was very spacious. The best part was the balcony from this bedroom had breathtaking views of Atlas Mountain.
The rooms were all well prepared by the maid and the whole villa kept very clean. Rashida, the Head Maid and the chef were both very attentive and provided excellent breakfast during our stay. On occasions we sat outside in the veranda and could enjoy the absolute privacy of the villa even at night when the garden lights came on to provide such a nice feel of the whole place.
The whole resort and villa has excellently manned security and supportive Resort Manager at a phone call.
Finally, I would not hesitate to book the Villa again and next time will even arrange evening meals with the In-house Chef. Overall it provided a great holiday and would thoroughly recommend renting this villa for both families and golf breaks.
Once again thank you for allowing us to stay at Kobba Villa.
