Home description

Assaada is a newly built residence which is renowned for its shopping area Marjane Square.There is a nice and warm atmosphere around the residence that makes it attractive to both young and elderly people. Its safe and convenient.

Public transport is available all the time and you can go anywhere within 10mn. You can meet up with the locals and learn about the culture and the Moroccan way of life. To get to Jema-al Fna (old medina) and Gueliz, just take a taxi or a bus and you will be there in 10mn. One can walk to Marjane which opens between 9am-11pm. And you can walk to Bab Doukala in 15mn.

You can find modern and traditional shops within walking distance. The flat will be convenient for a couple with two children or two adults.

The Marrakech / Essaouira / Marrakech Region

Marrakech is very well known for its popular place Jama Lafna and the big avenue Gueliz. Its geographical position gives it the advantage of having both the sun and snow. Its popular with Moroccans as well as foreign tourists.

One can get all kind of souvenirs from jewellery to leather goods. Marrakech is famous for its handicraft and proximity to all facilities and transports. Its called the gate to the south of Morocco and its in fact the capital of the South of Morocco.

From here one can go to Agadir and then to the Sahara desert.


Marrakech City area

In addition to Jamaa Lafna and the avenue Gueliz, one can enjoy the sun and the snow. Its suitable for tracking and skiing on the mountains as well as swimming in pools and theme parks.

It's very close to the airport and to the various destinations in Morocco. There is a film festival in winter and many other festivals all the year round. Saada is on the route to Casablanca.

This nice flat on the fourth floor of a recently built building is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Its very popular with tourists and Moroccans. Its close to internet cafes and all kind of shops.

It's only 5mn away from a new parade of shops and the supermarket Marjane as well as a small Macdonald.

It takes 10mn by taxi to get to Gueliz or Jama Lafna. Buses are very frequent and the train station is not far to go to other destinations in Morocco.

There are often festivals taking place nearby. Its small and cosy with two balconies.

In addition to shops and cafes, there is a Moroccan hammam (steam bath), banks , chemists and nice bakeries. There is a lot of space to walk about and enjoy the sunshine. You can afford to eat out everyday for 30DH/ under £3 per person.

The rent is paid at arrival in full. One day deposit is required and refunded in full if the flat is left in good order. Minimum stay is 6 nights at £34 a night in low season and £37 a night in high season. So the rent is between £200 and £220
