Home description
This is a top-floor, very spacious, fully-furnished, air-conditioned apartment (150 square meter/1600 sq ft living space).
It is ideally situated for the cultural and golfing activities on offer in Marrakech, and is located within walking distance (100-250 m) of local amenties (shops, restaurants/pizzeria, cafes, banks, supermarket, pharmacy).
The apartment is 10 minutes from Gueliz (Marrakech centre). It is perfectly located for exploring the nearby Atlas Mountains.
There is a large sun terrace on the roof of the building for sun-worshippers and al-fresco dining, with dining table and gazebo.
The master bedroom has an en suite toilet, sink and shower. In addition, there is a family shower room and toilet, plus a third toilet/washroom.
All three bedrooms have king size beds, with plenty of wardrobe space.
The lounge is modern, spacious and airy, and can be used to sleep an extra 2-3 persons.
All fittings, equipment and furnishings are new.
The air-conditioning units double up as heaters in the winter.

Please note that this is a new area, and there is some construction work taking place in the local vicinity.
Buses and taxis are available just round the corner; take the No. 12 bus to Place Djeema el Fna for 3.50 dirham
