Set in the countryside south of Marrakech this lovely Villa has wonderful views of the Atlas mountains. It is in a quiet and peaceful location and is built in the traditional Moroccan style with a large atreum and european and Moroccan Sitting rooms. The property is ideal for families or for groups of friends and golfers.

There is a cook/housekeeper who will cook your meals and maids service as necessary. The large swimming pool is heated and there is also a pool house with Hammam and bar area.

The Marrakech / Essaouira / Marrakech Region

This area has remained virtually unchanged since the Middle Ages, Marrakesh's solid ramparts encircle and protect its mysterious labyrinthine medina. This hides the sultans' palaces, the ornate mansions of rich merchants, and some of the most colourful bazaars in the Arab world. In the late afternoon, Moroccans as well as foreigners, crowd the Djemâa el Fna to hear storytellers and musicians perform, be wooed by herbalists and acrobats, and watch smoke rise from the outdoor food stalls as vendors whip up a wild array of fried fish, meats, salads, and such Moroccan delicacies as lamb or beef stewed in an earthenware pot and left in hot ashes all day.

The villa is situated in the countryside within 7½ acres of land, and a living area of 450m2. This traditional Moorish style property is found on the road of Sidi Abdellah Ghiat about 10 miles south of Marrakech. It boasts a spacious garden, private heated swimming pool and has beautiful views of the Atlas Mountains. You are just a 15 minute drive from the Amanjena Hotel and 2 of the best golf courses in Marrakech, with several more courses being planned in the area.

The villa can accommodate 8 adults (plus 2 children) and in brief comprises of:

(located off one of the double bedrooms)

There is a full-time caretaker / gardener / pool man who lives in a small house in the grounds of the property with his family. There is also an english speaking housekeeper to look after you and your guests who lives within the grounds and maids as necessary.

Set in 3 hectares of land about half of which is laid out to lawn and trees. The property is fully enclosed by walls. There is a heated swimming pool and pool house with Hammam. There are steps down into the pool. There are two sheltered terrace where you can eat or sit al fresco and there is a roof terrace to sunbathe. There are 8 sun-loungers around the pool along with umbrellas and further sunloungers on the roof terrace.

The wonderful views of the Atlas mountains have to be seen to be believed.
