After years of working in the heady, fast, greater city of London with its cosmopolitan culture and worldwide travelling in between. We, B&A realized that there was a need for travelers /holiday makers to come enjoy an authentic holiday and recharge in this magnificent old Riad (Home) in the walled city center of Marrakesh and have some experience of Morocco traditional culture. The goal is to ensure that guests have a great experience and enjoy a home from home.
The courtyard garden that opens up to the blue skies with a family of four, Orange, Grapefruit, Citron, and Pomegranate trees nestled in the middle with singing birds.
The fountain/pool area, offers a relaxing space to cool down with a glass of fresh juice or a glass of healthy refreshing Moroccan mint-tea after a day out .Easy access to roof terrace with its stunning views of the ancient roof topped Marrakesh Medina city and beyond to the high Atlas Mountains on a clear day.
This beautiful private suite, comfortably fit and accommodate up to 3 max with access to a calm roof terrace ideal for reading or sun bathing. Well centered, easy walking distance and all visitors attractions Palais's,Museums,Shops & restaurants and more like are just down the road.
To create/design the riad, we chose materials and furnishings that we love for ourselves too. Some room still has their original wooden beamed/vaulted ceiling and Islamic plaster work. Rooms designed individually and in different color themes to create a relaxed and warm ambiance. Soft hand woven carpets, kilims, wall drops, comfortable mattress and beautiful antique artisan furniture. Indulging smells of Real Musk, Amber, argan-oil displayed on dressing table for guests to try. Low sitting area with leather puffs and Stained glass windows with a garden view.
Riad Blue Berber offer activities for everyone and can help you on planning exciting tours/excursions including cookery lessons with the chief, on request.
