At 20 metre from the apartment they are lot of shops ; local grocers and a coffee (bar) which proposes breakfasts for approximately 1 euros. There are also som restaurants and a pizzeria at 50 mettre from the apartment

- A deposit of 10% is required on booking and the balance payable by arrival. - A refundable security deposit of 150 euro is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded by departure and returning of the apartment keys.
