Welcome to Dar Habiba, the heart and soul of Marrakech, an English owned and English speaking Riad hotel.
You will love the secluded location of the Riad, just a short straightforward walk from the tumultuous Jemma Al Fnaa square. You will appreciate the comfortable en suite rooms, spacious patio with dipping pool, stunning roof terraces and the wonderful Dar Habiba Hammam. The Marrakech/Essaouira region
The coast is about 3 hours away from our Riad. You can arrange to stay at our magical Riad-Dar Habiba and then have a day or two in a lovely Riad in Essouirra or another of the coastal town returning for your flight home to Marrakech. This trip can be arranged by us for you or you can book once in Marrakech. Agadir is about 4 hours away by coach. The fantastic Atlas Mountains are just 2 hours away!
Marrakech centre called the Place J'ma El Fna is very close to Riad Papillon a leisurely stroll of 10 minutes. Safe in the day or at night as our area is near to the Pasha Palace which has a police presence 24/7.
The most important attraction in Marrakech is the square, you should visit both in the day and at night because the atmosphere changes a lot. We would also reccomend the Marrakech museum and the adjacent Ben Yousef Medersa as well as the Majorelle gardens and possibly the Saadian tombs in the Kasbah district. None of these things need to be booked and of course you should leave time for the famous souks which are open at night as well as in the daytime.
