Villa Diane (400 square meters) consists of on the ground floor, 2 living rooms, a dining room with a fire place, a library with a large screen tv, a bar furnished with Moroccan traditional sofas, a fully equipped kitchen and finally a suite with king size bed, 2 sofas, bathroom and TV.

The first floor features the master bedroom ( 80 square meters ) with a fire place, TV, a bathroom and a terrace ( 30 square meters ) and finally 2 other bedrooms and 3 bathrooms .The beautiful garden has a barbecue near the pool . There are balconies and terraces on the first and ground floors, offering a serene and convivial atmosphere.

Excellent cook (specialising in French cuisine and Moroccan food ), maids and concierge are provided.

Marrakech City / Hivernage area

Jamaa el fna square in the medina (10 mn walk from the villa ) has the best Moroccan traditional shopping. Villa Diane can organise your excursions to the desert city of Ouarzazate, or to the beach of Essaouira which is very well known for its musical festival of Gnawa, or to the highest mountain peak "Toubkal".
You are just 20mn drive from Amelkis golf, Royal Golf and Palmeraie golf palace course which have an amazing view of the Atlas mountains. You will enjoy jet skiing at Lake Lalla Takerkoust 15 mn drive from the property .
The best restaurants and discotheques are located at l hivernage (5 mn walk from the villa );
Oukaimeden Village Toubkal for skiing in the Atlas mountains ( 80 km ).
Essaouira beach ( 160 km ). " La Plage Rouge " bar & restaurant known for its 3000 m2 of pool : 15mn drive.

The nearest amenities are just 100 m from the property, including : supermarket , grocery shops , pharmacy , hospital and clinics .medical services, are within 5 minutes' walk of the villa.

How to get there

EasyJet, Atlas Blue, Ryanair, Royal Air Maroc all fly to Marrakech.
Our driver will be at the airport to help you to get to Villa Diane. Transfer from the airport included in the rental price.

Perfect for a mixed family group or friends group . The garden is extensive and beautifully planted with mature trees and shrub providing mixture of sun and shade . The gentle birdsong and the occasional tortoise adds to the charm It s an oasis of calm within walking distance of the old Medina and historic monuments ; VILLA DIANE is a delightfull alternative to staying in a Riad with the added bonus of a pool and plenty of space to relax ( a lot of sofas around the pool).

Breakfast is superb with different Moroccan or French delicacies.
Lunch or dinner can be Moroccan or French as you wish.
