Beautiful apartment located in the centre of Marrakech.
Dar Kordoba is a beautifully decorated vacation apartment for up to five guests in the centre of the city. Enjoy your stay in this unique and affordable one-bedroom apartment! It is located in the Guéliz district, which is full of restaurants, cafés, markets and shops. Some places you can reach in a short stroll are the Majorelle Garden, the Elharti Garden and the Djemaa el Fna square, as well as business areas.

This apartment covers an area of 85 square meters and it is located on the ground floor of a building with elevator access. The Arab charm is everywhere in this property: you will love the gorgeous typical Moroccan rugs, arches on the doors, colorful ceiling lamps and some decoration details on the floor. The bright living room is equipped with two sofas, some armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, a CD player, a DVD player, a stereo and a video game console. There is WiFi internet connection available. There are three single sofa beds.

There is a lovely terrace with garden furnishings, where you can enjoy your meals quietly.

The bedroom contains a double bed, bedside lamps, bedside tables and a wardrobe. Clothes and bed linens are provided.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a toaster, an oven, a gas stove, a microwave and a coffee maker. All cooking utensils are included.

The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a washbasin.

This complete apartment also features heater system, air conditioning, a safe box deposit, BBQ, bicycles, ironing equipment and a washing machine. There is concierge service day and night.

“this apartement made my staying in Marrakech nicer” I can't forget the day I arrived al the apartement. The concierge was wauiting for me en before I checked in, he gaves me the choice to stay in another location in Essaouira, if I wanted. I went the next day with the person in charge and I visited the other apartement in Essaouira. It was also very nice but I did stay in the apartement in Marrakech. The service was amazing. I got a lots of help from the concierge. He was very helpful. And he checked every time if the apartement clean was. Nice about the location is the setting. It's in the center in a pretty area. I didn't have to walk far to get to the most beautiful places in Marrakech. I did enjoy my staying in this apartement and I think to go back if I'm in Marrakech.

"We spent a week at this apartment with our baby daughter and found the size very appropriate for two adults and a child. There is a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of space to set up an extra bed for a child. There is even a terrace for private use, but the garden is a patch of trees and bushes at the main door of the building. Kitchen, bathroom and living-room are well-equipped and very clean. We found the location of the apartment to be perfect. All cafés and restaurants in the New Town (Ville Nouvelle) are within walking distance and Marrakech's medina is a short ride by bus or taxi and can even be attempted on foot. Shopping, too, is easy and a large shopping centre is due to open in the area soon. There is also a park nearby that is featured among the photos for this apartment on this website. The owners of the apartment were extremely reliable and communication in English was no problem. We had a pleasant stay overall."

Magnifique apartment, dans un quartier très bien placé de Guéliz en plein centre de Marrakech mais dans une petite rue très calme, ce qui est rare dans cette ville très animée tous est conforme à la description l´ accueil est d'excellente qualité , nous avons passé des vacances magnifique dans cette apartment, Sûrement ont va retourner une autre fois. "Die Wohnung ist echt sehr gut zu erreichen (Restaurant, Geschäfte und Garten direkt in der nähe). Die Umgebung ist ruhig. die Marrakech plazza war sehr schnell zu erreichen (5 min zu fuß). Am Besten finde ich die schöne Terrasse."
