This apartment enjoys an exceptional position and looked for right in the heart of the district of GUELIZ, in a quiet street; making it an ideal base to visit the city (in 15 minutes on foot of the place Djemaa El Fna), while taking advantage on the spot of all the conveniences: banks, restaurants, cinema, central market. (The tourist office is only 100 metres away). It is situated in a new luxury residence with elevator, intercom and guard. It is completely furnished and equipped (linen, bathroom linen, dishes, and supplied kitchenware). The equipment also includes: satellite TV (more than 300 channels) as well as a reversible air conditioning in all the rooms.
THE NUMEROUS SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (AIRPORT PICK UP, GOVERNESS) make the whole rental exceptional value for money. To help you relax after your long days of walking in the markets and medinas of Marrakech, you can draw benefit from the swimming pool, located just 50 meters from the residence, with a separate pool for children (paying the access, we offer you 1 day for 2 persons for 1 week of rental minimum).

There are many restaurants that offer good food at reasonable prices and "Jamila" the governess prepares very good typical meals and cheaper.
