Situated right in the heart of the GUELIZ area, in a quiet street, this apartment benefits from an exceptional position, making it an ideal starting point to visit the city. The famous square, Djemaa El Fna, is only a 10-15 minutes from the apartment, and you can find nearby amenities such as banks, restaurants, cinema or tourist office. It is situated in a new, luxurious residence with a lift, an entry phone and a guard. It is fully furnished and equipped: linen, bathroom linen, crockery and kitchenware. The equipment also includes a satellite TV with more than 300 channels as well as a reversible air conditioning in all rooms.

THE NUMEROUS SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE (AIRPORT PICK UP, HOUSEKEEPER) are exceptional value for money. After long days of walking in the markets and medinas of Marrakech, you can relax in the swimming pool, situated only 50 meters from the residence, with a separate pool for children (paying). Gueliz is the européan quarter of Marrakech and the heart of the city. The accommodation is private but is still in the centre of the liveliness of Marrakech (trendy restaurants, bars, pubs, banks, shops with luxury items...)

"A very nice apartment in a quiet location set within beautifully maintained secure area and having the benefit of underground car parking. A great location for everyone. There are many restaurants that offer good food at reasonable prices and "Jamila" the governess prepares very good typical meals and cheaper. My 5 year old particularly loved the pool which we often had to ourselves. Would thoroughly recommend it."
