Quartier typique, dépaysement garanti. Station de taxi et tous commerces à proximité. Non loin du jardin Majorelle et du tout nouveau musée Yves Saint Laurent.

Le prix indiqué s'entend pour 6 personnes maximum ,enfants compris, la maison entière en exclusivité.

La location se fait à partir de 3 nuits.

Dar al Mandar - Marrakech comporte 3 chambres avec salles d'eau, idéale pour une grande ou deux familles.

Zakia, la gouvernante est présente la journée. Elle s'occupe des courses, de la cuisine et du ménage. Elle est salariée à l'année et payée par nos soins. Ses services sont compris dans le prix de la location.

Si vous souhaitez des repas : Seul à votre charge l'argent des courses qu'il faut lui donner au jour le jour. (130 dirhams/jour et /personne pour un petit déjeuner et un dîner). Elle cuisine a merveille et parle le français.

Les produits achetés proviennent du marché et les repas faits maison sont réalisés au jour le jour. Pas de congélation.

Vous serez attendus à l'aéroport, ce transfert aéroport-maison est inclus dans le prix de la location.

La literie et le matériel sont neufs.

Nous ne louons jamais la maison sans le personnel.

Priority is given to families with or without children, retirees, respectful neighbors and staff. For a quick response, please introduce yourself and indicate the reasons for your stay Attention! Very big party animals, bachelor party boys, sex tourism abstain. Only persons registered on the contract and declared on the day of arrival will have access to the house. We never rent the empty house without the staff. So much to know from the start.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philippe (the owner) a message.

If Philippe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
