Sun Apartment is family owned and run, also it is well named: as both the Pool & Bar area are bathed in Glorious Sunshine for most of the day, there is entertainment both day and night, inc: Bingo, Karaoke and Different Nightly Entertainments: Fire Show & Snakeman, Belly Dancer, BBQ & Turkish nite- once per week, nightly waiters dances & much more, REFURBISHED BAR/ RESTARANT AREA & AIR-CONDITIONED DISCO/KARAOKE NITE SPOT~ OPEN MIDNIGHT UNTIL THE EARLY HOURS, PLUS 2 PLASMA SCREENS FOR FOOTBALL MATCHES, all staff are helpful and English speaking, plus the apartment complex is a very child friendly place, with kiddies park, computers with internet access to check & send e-mails.

There is a kiddies play area located at the side of the Bar & Restaurant area, which is close enough for you to keep an eye on your loved ones, the Pool had a new cleaning & filtration system fitted in 2008, so no problems with pool hygiene issues.we have Now Also Got our own Karaoke and Night spot in a closed in area, with a refurbished bar/restaurant area so we can have music /karaoke until late, because all Marmaris bars have to shut the music off unless they have a closed in area at 12 am, this room is also going to be used for the cooler months at night as there is a log fire for the cooler months & it is air conditioned to keep you cool in the hotter months, we have 2 plasma TV's to watch the football matches, MTV etc. we have a fantastic chef who cooks English and Turkish food so come and try it out, free mezzes spreads chilli/garlic butter and lavash starter with all evening Meals.

Conditions

To book these apartments, I would only need a £50 PER WEEK OF YOUR STAY Non-Refundable deposit to secure your booking,Then the Balance of the monies can be paid in Sterling on arrival at the apartments.
Also Transfers are Available at an Extra Cost, in the Owners Own Fully Insured mini-bus, which seats up to 14 people (12 WITH LOTS OF LUGGAGE), at a great value price of groups of 1-4 people £100 & groups of 4-14 people £110 return. a 50% deposit is required if you wish to book our vehicle for your transfers
.WE CAN ALSO GIVE QUOTES FOR PARTIES OF 1 To 4 PEOPLE TO STAY IN THE APARTMENTS ALSO.

We found this place on holiday lettings, We booked 14 nights and because it was so good we ended up staying 28 nights. The people that run the apartments can not do enough for you, The staff, from the Manger, bar staff, chefs and cleaners are all very friendly and helpful. The food at the apartments is 1st class and very good value for money. During our 28 days we did not see any clouds and had wall to wall sunshine. The shops and bars nearby are also full of friendly people. In terms of value for money this is the place and if it's sunshine you want again look no further."
