About the home

Fully air conditioned luxury duplex apartment. Situated just outside the center of Icmeler, with its breathtaking views of the pine-clad mountains. One bathroom with shower/bath and extra WC at the entrance. Washing machine in the large bathroom.

The complex has got only 4 apartments. You will have a relaxing holiday in this apartment with your family. It is only 10 minutes to Icmeler Beach.

The apartment is avaliable for long term rentals during high season. Please contact us for further details.

Duplex apartment has got a seperate toilet at the entrance and open plan kitchen, big bathroom with shower at the first floor. There are two balconies with fantastic mountain views. You can enjoy the shared swimming pool. The complex has got only 4 apartments.

Belonging to the property there is a shared swimming pool and a covered area for those who like to relax in the shadow.
It is located in a lovely quiet environment and at 5 min walk you find yourself in the centre of çmeler.
All kinds of water sports are available in the resort and for those who want to go sightseeing there are plenty of agencies where you can make a reservation for a trip.
For everyone there is something in Içmeler/Marmaris

We require a deposit of minimum 25% in order to make the reservation.
The rest can be paid 2 months before arrival to the apartment

Alternatively take advantage of one of the boats that chug away in the morning from the marina to scores of sandy beaches like Cleopatra's Island and the Turtle Beach.
