About the home

Superb holiday rental located just outside the centre of Icmeler only a 7 min walk away from the beach. The villa comes fully equipped / furnished and is perfect for big families. It comprises a bright lounge with very comfortable seating, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.French doors to the lovely big garden overlooking your private pool.

This property is surrounded by a wall which makes it really private, outside the property you have plenty of space to park your car if nessecary.

First floor with 3 bedrooms, main bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds and 3rd bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. 1 double sofa bed in the living room.
All the rooms have air conditioning, central heating and an electric fan.

The villa has a separate toilet at the entrance, bathroom with shower and washing machine at the first floor, Huge terrace overlooking the private pool, air conditioning and central heating all around

Living room with one 2 seater, two 1 seaters, dining table for 6, another corner with seating for 5 persons.
In the separate kitchen you will find a cooker, ketle, coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge.
Extra there is an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, electric fan and washing machine present.

Outside you have a very big balcony overlooking the private swimming pool and garden with different kinds of fruit trees, olive tree and even banana plants!

There is s big play area outside aswell.

Car parking is easy just outside the property.

The centre of Içmeler is about 3 min walk.

Icmeler is a small ,peaceful beach town increasingly developing into a most liked resort town of Turkey in the last 15 years .It is located at a distance of 8km from Marmaris and at the meeting point of Aegean and Mediterranean sea.

Situated on a bay, backed by rugged pine-clad mountains sloping down to beaches and blue sea, Icmeler is one of the most attractive resorts in Turkey, ideal for water sports and boat trips. It makes an excellent starting point for a Gulet ,Cruise boat trips touring the Aegean coastline.

You can enjoy every second of your styaying here getting involved in the adventures and activities available. Many water sports are offered at the beach like parasailing, diving, scuba diving, water-skis, banana boat, water scooter, beach volley etc.

You have good options for shopping available at Icmeler , where you can find bigger shopping malls or if you want marketing in less money you should go to the Wednesday markets held at Icmeler every Wednesday by the local villagers.

At Icmeler there are many bars and restaurants but the nightlife is not as noisy and partying as you find in some other resorts. This is a peaceful area and nightclubs are less at Icmeler. Food you can get of any type and very delicious Turkish items.
