These 3 modern and comfortable dream villas are situated in the most beautiful and popular location of Icmeler-Marmaris, a spot were the Taurus mountains stretch into the sea. Natural beauty pure!
It is only a 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants of Icmeler town.
These beautifully architect, fully furnished and equipped villas are boosting stunning mountain views and are surrounded by a unique natural habitat. Two of the villas are identical and connected by a small winter garden with a fountain. It can be rented out together or separately, ideal for family holidays and big groups of friends.
Each of the 3 villas have 2 large private terraces ideal for dining and enjoying the beautiful mountains.
Villa 'Modern' and 'Retro' also have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one large living room and a kitchen.
Villa "New' has only two bedrooms but also provides sleeps up to 7, as well as two very modern bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and balconies with the best views possible. Villa "New" is brand new and the most modernly equipped amongst all three villas.
The large garden is equipped with tables, sunbeds, umbrellas, and a grill. A beautiful night lightening system throughout the entire garden creates a romantic atmosphere at nights.

This part of Turkey has low humidity and an unbelievable climate. Minimum 7-8 months of pure sunshine and warm/hot weather is guaranteed, without the interruption of long rainy days. In July the temperatures can go up to 40-45 degrees and in Winter temperatures never fall below 15-17 degrees.

Icmeler lies in a sheltered lagoon bay surrounded on 3 sides by pine covered mountains between Marmaris and Turunc on the turquoise coast. It's crystal clear blue waters are ideal for water sports, scuba diving or just to laze about on it's sandy beaches. Local transport systems make it easy to travel. Local mini-buses (dolmus), taxis and taxi boats are low priced and easily available to get to the more vibrant center of Marmaris.

Icmeler is only a wonderfully relaxing boat trip away from Dalyan/Kaunos - voted by international travel polls as the most beautiful beach of the entire Mediterranean coast. The environmentally protected area is famous for its endless long sandy beach, muddy bath, turtles and historic graves of the kings carved on the sides of the mountains. It is absolutely breathtaking. Delicious fish restaurants are a must when you visit.

Marmaris is known to have one of the most vibrant and exciting night life scenes of the whole Mediterranean, particularly on the well famous 'Bar Street' of Marmaris, which features more than 50 bars and clubs alone on one street. Marmaris is also famous for it's beautiful harbor, yacht clubs, shopping streets, bazars and Marmaris Castle. Furthermore, the popular Cleopatra Beach can be found just on the outskirts of Marmaris. History tells that Julius Caesar himself has ordered the building of this magnificently purely sandy beach for Cleopatra.

As Marmaris is the most developed and visited British holiday resort in Turkey, all major UK budget Airlines operate cheap flights on a daily basis from almost all international UK airports. The newly built and sophisticated Dalaman Airport is only 56 miles away from your holiday villa. Bodrum Airport could be another option, but would be a 2 hour trip by car.

“great stay!” Ok so this is a bit of a late review but definitely not forgotten how great our stay garden villas was September last year. After ringing numerous places trying to find a affordable place for myself, girlfriend, 1 year old daughter and motherror in law I gave Timur a call, who was very helpfull and informative. All we had to do was book the flights and pass on the details to him, he kindly organised for a taxi to pick us up from dalaman airport with a car seat for my daughter. When we arrived at the villa we were greeted at 2am by timurs brother who helped carry all of our luggage inside who also gave us a tour around. The villa was in immaculate condition we had 2 balconies with a large table and chairs, all the flooring was marble and tiles, full air conditioning in every room and new kitchen facilities. After a long flight (4 hours with a baby lol) it was relief to find we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! the next morning we were greeted by timurs father who was very friendly to all of the family, he showed us around the garden which was beautifully maintained by the gardener every day, they even have a tortoise!!! And plenty of fruit trees. swimming pool.. had it all to ourselves, clean and new, perfect Icmeler: just outside the villa there is a restraunt called amigo where we spent most of our time, brilliant family entertainment. Beach: 2 minute walk or 10 secs on the quad bike :) So to sum up our holiday here was 10/10 thank you!

“I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to friends” It was our first time in Turkey and it came as a very pleasant surprise. The scenery is stunning, the people delightful and the food varied, good and cheap. Icmeler is set in a beautiful bay surrounded by dramatic mountains, everywhere you look it is lush and green-something we had not expected . Garden Villa is tucked away in a largely residential area about five minutes from the beach and less than two minutes to bars/ restaurants. A car is not necessary public transport is frequent and reasonable, whether it be dolmus or water taxi which is great fun. Simply, but adequately furnished(the beds in particular were very comfortable) the villa was spotless inside and out. The real selling point however for us was the outside space where you got the impression a considerable amount of money had been spent. When you walked out the door you were met with a really beautiful view. An exceptionally large swimming pool, pretty landscaped gardens, comfy loungers, plenty patio furniture all wrapped up in a fabulous mountain backdrop. Laze around the pool all day, walk along the 9km promenade to Maramaris or go on one of the numerous reasonably priced boat trips(we went to Rhodes) you will not be bored. Finally I have to mention the owner who went out of his way to be helpful throughout the booking process. He forwarded lots of information on the area, suggestions for day trips etc and was only a phone call away should we have any queries. A caretaker was also available on a daily basis . I have booked many villas/apartments in the past but have never had such an efficient personal service. It was a delight to deal with him and I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to friends.

“Great villa in ideal location” The villa was ideal and well equipped. The gardens and pool are great, it is surprisingly peaceful given its location to all the bars and restaurants. The owners and caretaker have been exceptionally accommodating, which made our holiday all the more enjoyable.

“Perfect in every way” We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our holiday at garden villas. The booking process was so simple and Timur was very helpful. The villa suited our needs, we found it to be very clean, simply furnished but all you need for holidaying. Timur's family were staying at the new villa while we were there,and they are such nice people, nothing is too much trouble. We loved the figs & other fruits they gave us to try. The pool and gardens are beautiful with fig,orange, pommegranet & lime trees and the tortoise was often seen in the garden. The location of the villa is great,just round the corner from restaurants and shops and only a few minutes walk to beach & harbour ( at end of harbour walk to the right and you will come to a small secluded beach) A great holiday villa,we are hoping to get a group together and book all 3 villas for next year

“Great villa especially for family with teenagers” We stayed in the "New" Garden Villa for 11 nights. It was a great villa for us because the teenagers got their own floor with a separate key for access (and we got a floor to ourselves too). The pool area was lovely and the villa is ideally placed for access to the town - without being on the main thoroughfare. The owner was very helpful before and during our stay.

“Relaxing and perfect pool” The house is very convenient even with young kids (8 and 2). We all enjoyed the pool a lot and the garden is well maintained as well. Very close to the beach. Owner was very responding in adding equipment to the kitchen as it is basic for a self contained. We had a very relaxing time and a perfect weather.

“Lovely villa in beautiful surroundings” The villla is centrally based in Icmeler surrounded by a beautiful garden and a lovely pool which is ample size for the three villas that share its use, although if the other villas are fully occupied then there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, however the beach is only just a very short walk down the road. The villa is spacous with a large living room, with a bed settee, two chairs and another settee and the three bedrooms are of good size, the master bedroom has built in wardrobes, air conditioning, a double bed and a single bed, which would be useful if travelling with a small child, however if you are travelling in a mixed group it may be a little difficult with sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom had two single beds, air conditioning and a small balcony and the small room had a single bed and a wardrobe but unfortunately it did not have air conditioning, which in the height of summer made it impossible to sleep in, but there was also a put you up bed available to go in the living room if necessary. The kitchen was small but had a large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and a hotplate but no cooker, this was not a major issue, but there were times when it would have been nice to cook at the villa or to be able to have a barbeque but there was not one of those either unfortunately. The villa is not suitable for people who cannot manage stairs as there are a lot of them, but it wasn't a problem for us, but there is only really one bathroom upstairs, which did make it a little tricky when getting ready to go out as we had to take it in turns, however there is a downstairs toilet, which was handy when someone was in the shower. I have to say that the owner was very helpful throughout the booking process and it was a great pleasure dealing with him. I would consider returning to this villa in the future my family had a lovely time and the caretaker is very friendly too.

“great location and lovely owners” Stayed in garden villas from the 27th June till 11th July and we had an absolutely lovely time. The villa could not be better located. Shops Restaurants bars and beach all within a 2 minute walk.No need for a car and just back far enough from the main entertainment area to be really peaceful. Villa is well equipped and has air conditioning.The owners were lovely and really went out of their way to help us have a great holiday.The pool area was lovely and spotlessly clean and well kept.We had a great time and the villa was perfect for us as a family.

“Beautiful villa with pool, surrounded by mountains, walking distance to centre” I stayed in the Garden Modern Villa with 6 friends from 25 June - 3rd July 2012. The villa was perfect for us and came equipped with a pool, air-con, two private balconies and a large outside seating area and garden. We were worried because we didn't have a car but the villa was within 2 minutes walk of the main road of Icmeler where all the restaurants, shops and bars are. Our villa had a large kitchen and lots of communal spaces inside and out, perfect for our group. The villa owners were fantastically accommodating and welcoming and gave us lots of advice and assistance. The villa is surrounded by high green mountains and the garden has tortoises. At night the pool was lit up and we ate outside most evenings. Icmeler itself was quite busy (much quieter than Marmaris but still lots of places to eat, drink and dance in the evenings) but the villa was tucked away from the noise. The local beach is popular and is quite crowded with lots of sunbeds. We found a quieter beach round the corner (keep walking past the harbour) which was lovely. Overall I couldn't fault this villa for price, location or comfort.

“fantastic holiday - a lovely villa and great location” We felt the London stress just melt away! Just what we needed. Such a friendly atmosphere and the perfect location - a short walk to a lovely beach and the most beautiful, crystal clear water I have swam in (and I've been to the caribbean!). Some days we didn't get past the pool which was clean and fresh and perfect for an early morning swim . The rooms were spotless, modern and comfortable, not that we spent too much time in doors as the weather was just gorgeous and we wanted to see a bit of Turkey. Ephesus was incredible, we saw tortoises in the hills on the way back; we were surprised how natural and unspoilt the area was. The boat trip was awesome - a real highlight -total relaxation, icmeler coast is very beautiful. Marmaris itself was great for a night out and has a buzz about it when the sun goes down which we loved. We have so many lovely memories of this holiday we wish we had found a place like this sooner - we have already been talking about coming back! Thank you!!

“If you go out a lot and don't mind loud music” We lived at Garden Villas for 3 weeks with 4 children - two young, two teenagers. It is near the main street of the town, under 5 minutes to municipal beach, 1 minute to cafes and restaurants, 5 minutes to supermarket. All three villas share a great pool and a very nice small garden. Air-conditioning and wi-fi work flaulessly. The German-speaking host is charming, very helpful and managing every problem as soon as asked. The rooms are on the smaller side, just enough space for beds in two of them. The kitchen is poorly equipped - one burner, one knife and one small cutting board - really annoying when you have to feed 6 people three times a day. Hotels all around with loud music from 10 am till 11 pm (though it's 11 pm sharp, not a minute later). No TV or music, no cleaning service during the stay. Rather steep stairs from room to room. Overall the place will do great for young people who go out a lot. Response: Thank you very much for taking the time for the review. A little surprised about some of the negative responses, especially the one that you would not advise your best friend to visit and the poor equipped kitchen, which I believe is fully equipped. Apart from a dishwasher, actually nothing is missing in the house. When you say one knife, I believe you mean a sharp cutting knife, because last time I checked there was lots of cutlery. I am also suprised, after some of your family members said that they had a great time and if they came back to Marmaris they would stay with us. Also, I would like to say that almost all holidays homes, just arrange you to get the key and than its goodbye until the end of the holiday, which is not the case with us. I would have also loved you to mention some points about the beautiful environment and location, close to the sea and mountain vies from the villa, I doubt you will be facing such a beautiful surrounding in most of the holiday homes and hotels in the area. I hope we can welcome you again.

“Absolute dream holiday in a wonderful villa and location.” We had one of our best holidays ever in Garden Villa and Marmaris. The location is unbelievable. Although the property is in the town center, the natural views are amazing and the beach just on your doorstep. The villa in itself is absolute unique. The garden is full of amazing fruit trees and has a very exciting exotic touch to it, especially in the evenings. I have been to several resorts in Turkey, but Marmaris and staying at Garden Villas has been by far the most fulfilling holiday.
