These 3 modern and comfortable dream town center villas are situated in the most beautiful and popular location of Icmeler-Marmaris, a spot were the Taurus mountains stretch into the sea. Natural beauty pure, but yet right in the town center!

It is only a 2-3 minutes walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants of Icmeler town.

These beautifully architect, fully furnished and equipped villas are boosting stunning mountain views and are surrounded by a unique natural habitat. Two of the villas are identical and connected by a small winter garden with a fountain. It can be rented out together or separately, ideal for family holidays and big groups of friends.

Each of the 3 villas have 2-4 large private balconies ideal for dining and enjoying the beautiful mountains.

Villa 'Modern' and 'Retro' also have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower one without), one large living room and a kitchen.

Town Villa "New' has only two bedrooms but also provides sleeps up to 6, as well as two fully equipped very modern bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and 4 balconies with the best views possible. Town Villa "New" is brand new and the most modernly equipped amongst all three villas, but it may be unsuitable for families with small children, as it has two separate entrances to both levels.

The large garden is equipped with a huge high-tech swimming pool (private or shared depending on Villa Modern and Retro rented out to one large family or separate families), tables, sunbeds, umbrellas, and a grill. A beautiful night lightening system throughout the entire garden creates a romantic atmosphere at nights.

This part of Turkey has low humidity and an unbelievable climate. Minimum 7-8 months of pure sunshine and warm/hot weather is guaranteed, without the interruption of long rainy days. In July the temperatures can go up to 40-45 degrees and in Winter temperatures never fall below 15-17 degrees.

Icmeler lies in a sheltered lagoon bay surrounded on 3 sides by pine covered mountains between Marmaris and Turunc on the turquoise coast. It's crystal clear blue waters are ideal for water sports, scuba diving or just to laze about on it's sandy beaches. Local transport systems make it easy to travel. Local mini-buses (dolmus), taxis and taxi boats are low priced and easily available to get to the more vibrant center of Marmaris.

Icmeler is only a wonderfully relaxing boat trip away from Dalyan/Kaunos - voted by international travel polls as the most beautiful beach of the entire Mediterranean coast. The environmentally protected area is famous for its endless long sandy beach, muddy bath, turtles and historic graves of the kings carved on the sides of the mountains. It is absolutely breathtaking. Delicious fish restaurants are a must when you visit.

Marmaris is known to have one of the most vibrant and exciting night life scenes of the whole Mediterranean, particularly on the well famous 'Bar Street' of Marmaris, which features more than 50 bars and clubs alone on one street. Marmaris is also famous for it's beautiful harbor, yacht clubs, shopping streets, bazars and Marmaris Castle. Furthermore, the popular Cleopatra Beach can be found just on the outskirts of Marmaris. History tells that Julius Caesar himself has ordered the building of this magnificently purely sandy beach for Cleopatra.

You will be pampered, because service and hospitality are important here. Gigantic nature, crystal-clear sea, awesome food and culture, history, amazing weather for at least 7-8 months a year, shopping and a vibrant nightlife; marmaris promises a stunning holiday in a wonderful climate for any taste!

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Icmeler is a beautiful beach resort on the historic Lycian Turquise Coast only 6 kilometers from the large and vibrant resort of Marmaris. This pine forested heaven is infused with all the atmosphere of both the Mediterranean and the Aegean Seas and is truly picturesque against the backdrop of magnificent Taurus Mountains. Drifting away amongst palm trees and Eucalyptus on the stunning Icmeler beach may well be your idea of the perfect holiday, but if that’s not enough, a wide range of sporting and cultural activities and excursions will ensure that there’s always plenty to do.

This olive and honey farming community is home to the best plant for producing oxygen in the world, the Sigla (or Gunnuk), which only found here and in California. This plant and the pristine forests and the beach (which has been given the Blue Flag eco-award) create one of the most revitalizing surroundings for a beach holiday. Icmeler’s exemplary tourist facilities are harmoniously incorporated into the natural habitat of the area. The nightlife is vibrant and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and nightclubs to choose from, and just down the road, the many Marmaris nightclubs provide nights not far off those found in Ibiza.

Marmaris

LOW PRICED AND BREATHTAKING EXCURSIONS AND ACTIVITIES THAT TAKE OFF JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY FROM YOUR HOME:

EPHESUS- attracts millions every year with its spectacular archaeology and sights. Being one of the best preserved and largest ancient Roman sites in the Mediterranean, Ephesus offers sights like the Temple of Artemis (one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World), the Library of Celsius, The Ancient Brothel and an impressively large amphitheatre which has hosted stars like Elton John and Tom Jones. Ephesus has played a great role in the history of Christianity. St. Paul stayed here for three years during which he wrote his letters to the Corinthians. Situated 9 km ahead of Ephesus is the entrancing shrine of the Virgin Mary where she came with St. John to spread Christianity and spend her last days on earth. The shrine has been declared a pilgrimage site by the Vatican.

ICMELER BOAT TRIP- only snow can spoil this day! Lots of fun, lovely scenery, plenty swimming, snorkeling and sun-bathing. Visit the legendary five bays of Marmaris. Three stops for off-the-boat swimming (step into the sea or simply plunge off the deck) and two villages; Kumlubük and Turunç for walking ashore. Fish feeding at Paradise Island and the eerie Phosphorus Caves are what we call short click-click breaks of the trip. B.B.Q Lunch is always taken as a feast by sea air-boosted appetites.

DALYAN- with its five-mile long stretch of golden sand Turtle beach, surrounded by salt water on one side and fresh water on the other, the Lycian Rock Tombs and the glorious Mud Baths, Dalyan remains one of the most unique corners of the Earth. Either by boat or by coach, once in the resort you will be taken further on river boats to visit the sights of Dalyan. The river boat cruises through tall reeds and maze-like passages of the Dalyan Delta and will surely remind you of Humphrey Bogarts’ The African Queen. Stop over at the magnificent Rock Tombs of Caunos carved high in the cliff. Let yourself be carried back through history as your guide tells you the beguiling story of the ancient site of Caunos. And finally the Source of Youth; The Mud Baths. It’s fun, it’s rejuvenating and it surely is, a great chance for a hilarious snapshot!

PAMUKKALE- the rich thermal springs, which pour down the hillside, over thousands of years, have formed these bizarre cascades of travertine and mineral pools. With its peculiar lime terraces and mineral baths, Pamukkale is a perfect work of mother-nature and unique in the world today. The sights of ancient Hierapolis are in walking distance and equally impressive.

RAFTING- archaically named Indos, the Dalaman River was once the border between the ancient civilizations of Caria and Lycia. With its ever-flowing whitewaters, awe-inspiring wilderness, beautiful canyons and ancient remains, the venue provides a perfect backdrop for this heart-pounding activity. The journey from Icmeler to the base takes about an hour.

MARMARIS NIGHTLIFE- currently one of the most popular tourist resorts in Turkey, and is undoubtedly the place to go if you need a nightly dose of bars, foam parties and elaborate nightclubs, because when dusk falls, the resort is ignited in a swarm of neon lights and lasers. Icmeler has also a lot to offer in this sense, but Marmaris center is indeed comparable to Bodrum, Ibiza or Majorca.

TURKISH NIGHT- is also highly reccomanded and a differnet way to party. Great traditional turkish live music, belly dance compilations, great food and lots to drink offers a great night out for young and mature.

TURKISH BATH- an Oriental tradition, not to be missed! What better way to start your holiday than with the total indulgence of a Turkish bath? The luxurious treatments will leave your mind and body prepared for the days ahead and will give your skin a head start for that perfect tan. For centuries, the Turkish bath has played an important part in our culture. So when in Turkey, do as the Sultans did: Take a Turkish bath!

SCUBA DIVING- discover what beauty lies beneath the waves. Icmeler, with its clear Mediterranean blue waters and great underwater visibility offers sensational diving opportunities for divers of any level.

QUAD SAFARI- experience the thrill of mastering a quad bike on this exciting day bound to be the highlight of your holiday. An unbeatable adventure for both young and mature adventure seekers.

HORSE SAFARI- a short drive of 20 minutes and you are on a horseback, easy-riding through pine forests, orange groves and wild rivers while the village life around continues unspoilt. No experience needed to have a wonderful time, just simply stay on the saddle and let your horse do the rest. Well trained placid horses behave their best for their shy riders.

CLEOPATRA BEACH- the sands of the island are legendary and are believed to have been imported as a gift to Cleopatra. Walk barefoot along the stretch of pale pink sand which squeaks with each step and know that this unique sand is to be found nowhere else in the world. The Amphitheatre and fortifications are also well worth a visit if you can bear to tear yourself away from the breathtaking backdrop of mountains which frame the bright azure waters of the bay.

VILLAGE TOUR- boasting numerous bars and vibrant night-life, Marmaris and Icmler can be anything but traditional. Yet even in a place like Marmaris, ‘the traditional Turkey’ is not as far away as you may think. Allow yourself to discover the simplicity of rural life, natural beauty and meet the local people who will enchant you with their genuine hospitality and traditional cooking

WATER PARKS/ FISHING TRIPS/ PARAGLIDING/ MOONLIGHT BOAT TRIPS/ WATER SPORTS/ A BOAT TRIP TO THE FAMOUSE GREEK ISLAND OF RHODES ONLY 50 MINUTES AWAY- the list just goes on and on.

"EXCELLENT...."

This was our first time visiting Turkey so we were very unsure of which part to stay at. After reading the reviews from Garden Villas it then became our first choice. There was 7 of us, age range from 10yrs - 23yrs, plus 2 adults.

On arrival Timur's brother was there to greet us. The villa was immaculate and very spacious, with everything you needed. Only things missing were mirrors in the bedrooms. which were needed when you have 3 teenage girls !! The pool was lovely, very clean. There was no shallow side though so young ones need floats. There were plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs around the poolside.

The location of the villa was spot on. Walk out of the villa turn the corner and there were all the restaurants, shops etc on your door step. We enjoyed very good meals in Amigos (staff there are very helpful and friendly). Also try The Chef... Excellent food and excellent value for your money. As for the night life, get yourself to BAR EX !! Brilliant night in there, staff were so funny, very entertaining and you also got served real drinks!! The beach was 3 minutes walk away, to hire sun loungers on the beach cost 5 lira, but you can haggle and get them down. It is a pebble beach so I would recommend wearing shoes that you can go into the sea with, also the fish in the sea nip at your legs (was a shock to us at first !!). ha ha.

I would recommend taking English money there as the Turkish like this and you can get a much better exchange rate from any shop or even in the bars.

I would also recommend the Jeep Safari, but be prepared to get very very wet !! There were 7 of us and it only cost £25 for a full day out. We also went to the water park in Marmaris which was very good value for money and another brilliant day.

Overall this was the perfect holiday , very eventful and very relaxing. I would definitely recommend Garden Villas to everyone.
