Our brand new apartment is set in the picturesque area of Armutalan with great mountain views and apartment has everything you could wish for to make your holiday more relaxed and feeling like home from home. It is fully air-conditioned throughout and has mosquito guards on all the windows and patios. The kitchen comes well equipped with all the tools you would expect, fridge/freezer/microwave/kettle/toaster/washing machine, and tea towels are also provided.
The master Bedroom has a double bed with wadrobes and dressing table and chair and bedside cabinets with lamps and has its own balcony. The twin bedroom has two single beds with mirrored wardrobes bedside cabinets with lamps.The apartment does have an security intercom and digital safe for all your belongings. The bathroom has a marble vanity unit and shower cubicle where there is constant hot water towels are provided for your use.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
There are many beautiful islands to visit. Gullets are the local boats used for boat trips and provide you with food and drink for a great day out. There are all kinds of watersports which are available on the beaches,there are many great days out to be had, boat trips, jeep safaris and the famous mud baths at Dalyan which is a must,also a turkish bath which is a experience not to be missed.
Marmaris / Armutalan area
Marmaris is awake 24 hours a day. If your idea of a holiday is thousands of bars, restaurants, shops, markets and bazaars, youll love marmaris. The accommodation generally tends to be larger hotel and apartment blocks and nobody thinks twice about jumping on a dolmus for a few minutes to get to the beach,the marina,thursday market,aquaparks or supermarkets.The beach is long and narrow with rows of sunbeds for a few good kilometres. The Netsel Marina further round the harbour is very classy with designer shops and elegant restaurants overlooking the yachts and private cruisers.
How to get there
Fly from Manchester to Dalaman, Marmaris is 100km from Dalaman airport.
Flights are available all year round with onur air on H4U.com and yabanci.com and from April to November with thomascook, april to Oct with first choice/ excel.com, also try a1travel.com and Goldtrail.co.uk for those competitive deals.
Airport transfers to Marmaris are available on booking and can also be arranged separately. Cost approx £95.00 return for up to 3 passengers and £135.00 for 4/6 passengers journey time 1.5 hours. Car hire is also cheap cost approx £20.00 per day.

Further details outdoors: Armutalan is a quieter area of Marmaris offering excellent restaurants and shops. The town centre of Marmaris is only a 5 minute dolmus bus ride away which costs 40p. Although our block does not have a pool we do have an agreement with the hotel manager at the royal plaza hotel which is just one minute away the use of the pool, all they ask of you is that you purchase a drink from the bar.

Conditions
A Deposit of £100.00 is required upon booking & must be paid within 3 days of confirmation. The Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure or paid in full if the booking is made within the 8 weeks period.
A Refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required with the Balance and will be returned within14 days of your return once the letting agents have found everything in order to the inventory.
