About the home

Spend your well earned holiday time, in a relaxing environment ,of peace,comfort, and style.
The apartment is set over 2 levels, on the first level you have a large spacious lounge and a dining area, leading out through double patio doors is a good size balcony/terrace area, which is over looking the pool, gardens and sun terrace and spectacular mountain views.

Following on from the lounge and dining area is a separate modern fitted kitchen which also has an outside balcony/terrace seating area. On this first level is also a guest WC.

The marble stair case leads you to the upstairs level, where you have a spacious family bathroom with shower and WC.

2 Double bedrooms one which has an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath, and 1 twin bedroom. 2 of the bedrooms have their own balconies.

All bedrooms have ample wardrobe storage.

A COT, CHILDREN'S SAFETY STAIR GATE + HIGH CHAIR are for use in our apartment should clients with children require them.

1 minute walk to the local bus (Dolmus) route,
5 minute walk to all local amenities, Shops, Restaurant’s, etc…
15 minute walk to the Beach.

Icmeler is only 7km outside Marmaris in the next coast line inlet which has a beach front of approx 2km.
For those that like to walk there is a foot path which will take you from Icmeler to Marmaris along the beach front.
Içmeler is surrounded by cool, clear mineral springs, named from the Turkish verb 'Içmek' which means 'to drink'.

Water Sports: Para-sailing, Water skiing, Scuba diving, Speedboats, Pedaloes

A variety of boat trips run from the seafront: A short sail around the bay takes you to Turunç

Further afield, boat trips take you to the following places:

Cleopatra's Island - renowned for its amazingly soft organic sand. Legend has it that the sand was brought by ships from the Red Sea especially for Cleopatra. Indeed, Marc Anthony and Cleopatra took holidays here and Anthony gave this region to Cleopatra as a wedding gift - all right for some!

Çiftlik - with one of the largest beaches in the area, visit Turunç, Amos Bay and Kumlubük (famous for its fish restaurants).

Dalyan & Caunos - Dalyan is home to Turtle Beach, one of the last surviving breeding grounds of the logger head turtle. Riverboats sail you along a reeded delta to the King Rock tombs, which were carved into the hillside, dating from 4500BC. In Caunos, try the mud baths for, apparently, more youthful skin.

Must-see Trips:

The waterfalls of Pamukkale with their therapeutic spring waters.
The archaeological site of Ephesus, the best preserved classical city in the Eastern Mediterranean and a 'must-see' for its Roman atmosphere.
These trips are by coach with 2-day trips available.

Further trips, including Jeep safaris and white water rafting, are also available.

Shopping
In summer, mini-markets sell imported food as well as a wide range of local produce, including some reasonably priced Turkish wines, beer, cigarettes, fruit juices, fruits and vegetables. Essential items such as baby products (powdered milk, nappies, etc.) and toiletries (shampoos, sun lotions, etc.) are available.

Içmeler Market
Icmeler's weekly market offers an array of products including food, drink, clothes, shoes, bags and jewellery. Held every Wednesday, and be prepared to bargain!

Night-life
Içmeler is not a clubbing resort, but there are plenty of bars, disco bars and restaurants. However, those who want a taste of night-life can take a minibus or taxi to Marmaris. Icmeler's only nightclub is 'Pleasure'.

Ice skating
Really! Believed to be the world's first beachfront ice skating rink!

Taxis are available at the airport 24 hours a day and in Icmeler resort for your return journey.
Expect to pay around £50 for a one way journey for up to 4 people.
If you are 5 or more people then the cost will increase to £60.

“GREAT ACCOMODATION” great accomodation everything you need in apartment ,nice and clean ,plenty of beds by pool and staff really helpfull just a ten minute walk into town but bars also local .would reccomend ,we had a really good time a great relaxing complex.
