Luxury fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beautifully appointed fully airconditioned luxury duplex apartment. Situated in the old fishing village of Icmeler, with its breathtaking views of the pine-clad mountains.
Each bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes with dressing table, airconditioning and a balcony.

Main bedroom has two balconies, one looking over the magnificent free form swimming pool.Which is aimed at families. The living room and dining area is open plan having large patio doors leading straight out to and giving direct access to pool side.

Fully equipped kitchen having all the mod cons. Two bathrooms each having a large shower. Washing machine in large bathroom.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

As soon as you arrive in Turkey, you will notice the stunning mountain scenery, which follows you on your journey to icmeler. Turkey's Torquoise coast links the Aegean to the Mediterranean. Probably the easiest area of Turkey to get excited about.

From Icmeler, through Marmaris to Antalya the coast line is gorgeous. Craggy limestone pine clad mountains plunge into crystal clear blue azure seas, the weather is reliably excellent and there are plenty of things to see and do.

The Torquoise coast at its finest has become the destination of first choice for many first time and repeat visitors.

Marmaris / Icmeler area

Marmaris is as classy as the Southern Coastal towns get. It can be a real eye opener to wander around the big marina of an evening, and enjoy a lovely meal and drink at one of the many quay side restaurants. Marmaris provides great restaurants, good shopping, nightlife and proximity to good beaches. There are plenty of opportunities to dive in Marmaris or take a boat cruise for a day or a fortnight.

Nestling in the Icmeler valley, the duplex is in a quiet location but is only 200m from the resort centre, and only 600m to the beach and all local amenities. The beautiful 2 km beach of shingle and sand spreads along the bay. With the crystal clear waters of the Aegean you wont be able to resist the water sport activities the beach has to offer. Icmeler is approx. 8km from Marmaris. Weekly market every Wednesday in Icmeler and Thursday in Marmaris.

Close by to explore is Turunc, accessible by dolmus or ferry boat.

Must See and Do
- It was here that Pegasus flew, Apollo was born, St Nicholas ( Santa) once lived.
- Kaunus, 2900 year old ruins carved in the hill side, accessible by river boat tour. Then on to mud baths.
- Iztuzu beach( georgious) west of Dalyan, a breeding ground for the loggerhead turtles.
- Jeep Safari, great action packed fun day out. Dont forget your water soakers.
- Day trip to Rhodes.
- Turkish bath.
- Cleopatra island.
- Lazy day on Gullet with dinner. Plenty of stops to swim.

Eating and Drinking:
Turkish cuisine is a spicy, exotic and delicious discovery. Meze is the heart of turkish cooking, served as an appetizer to the main meal. The Turkish national aperitif is raki, ( aniseed based) drunk over ice and topped with bottled water. There is a wide selection of food to be found in Icmeler . You can choose from steak and chips, roast beef and yorkshire pud to chinese, indian,italian, seafood. good old fish and chips and of course as many Turkish dishes you wish to try. There really is something for everyone.
There is lively nightlife in Icmeler with many bars and restaurants having traditional turkish dancing,belly dancers and the bar boys dancing in and on the bars to popular music always getting you to join in but has to come to an end at midnight. For those of you who want to dance the night away there are two nightclubs in Icmeler or you can travel the short distance into Marmaris where there are nightclubs a plenty.


Shopping:
Can be an adventure, and a highlight of your visit. There are bargains to be had and great quality to be found. Haggling in the bazaars and markets shouldn't put you off, its all part of the fun. Just a polite No Thank You will do.

Jewellery
You will find lots of jewellery shops where gold is a very good buy. You will find lots of unusual designs that you wouldn't find here. You can also have something made to your own design within a few days.

Hairdressers
You will find many hairdressers and barbers in Icmeler where men can go for a shave with a cut throat razor and ladies can have eyebrows, nails, colours,cuts and hair braiding for 1/2 the price at home.

Banks
The banks are open the same hrs as here but you will also find currency exchanges and plenty of cash point machines. You will find a selection of these that are open 24hr in the main square.

Weather:
For the most part it is fairly pleasant year round. Mild winters, scorching summers, tempered by off shore coastal breezes. Be very care in high summer as temps often reach 40oc.

Time zone: 2 Hours ahead of UK.

Getting around:
Dolmus - Mini bus. Hailed or flagged down when you want and dropped off when you want.
Taxi boat. From icmeler bay to Marmaris or Turunc.
Taxi. Most convenient, but not the cheapest.

Telephone:You can buy a phone card for the phone box's They are cheap and can be brought from local supermarkets and shops. There are lots of phone box's around or of course your mobile but be warned it is very expensive . Dial 0044 to call home.

Visa:
Tourist visa £10.00 paid in cash on arrival to airport.

Health:
Do not drink the tap water as it is Very heavily chlorinated and tastes awful. Use bottled water which is very cheap .It is Extremely hot in the summer, so use a very strong sun factor lotion.
There are two or three chemists in town who all speak excellent English and there are Doctors ,Dentist and an excellent private hospital for any problems.

How to get there

Fly to Dalaman. -Transfer time from Dalaman to icmeler is approx. 90 mins.

Flights available from most UK airports with various airlines, for example, Thomas Cook, Thomson, xl, Onur Air, Sky Deals.

Private minibus transfers from Dalaman to icmeler can be arranged. Cost approx. £50.00 each way regardless of party size.Max. 7 persons. Larger parties please contact so we can organize larger transport and advise on cost.

The Large free form swimming pool and private gardens are shared with the other seven apartments.
You will have your own sun loungers ( 4 No) with soft pad covers for your own private use around the pool.
The patio has a large table with 6 chairs and parasol. The main bedroom balcony has 4 reclining chairs.
