With two double bedrooms and one single, this cottage can sleep five people in comfort and also has the benefit of a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a log effect electric stove and a large picture window with lake views. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars whilst carp fishing is available in the owner's 6 acre lake at extra cost by arrangement with the owner. Ideal for fisherman, yet perfectly located for exploring the Shropshire countryside, Lakeside Cottage really does have something for everyone.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Specimen carp fishing in owner's 6 acre lake, for two rods at £10 per day, by arrangement with owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Hotel/restaurant 5 mins walk. Fish and chip restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: The lake is fenced, but children inside the boundary fence must be supervised.

The Market Drayton / Rosehill area
Rosehill is a small North Shropshire village 3 miles from the town of Market Drayton, and stands beside both the River Tern and the Shropshire Union Canal. Market Drayton is renowned for hosting one of the liveliest weekly markets you will find, and the town centre boasts many delightful 16th and 17th century half-timbered buildings including a variety of pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Close by is Ellesmere, with its beautiful meres (lakes), a variety of National Trust mansions and gardens including Attingham, Hodnant Hall, Hawkstone Park and the lovely medieval towns of Shrewsbury and Ludlow.

OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
