This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom boutique style apartment sleeps up to 6. The main bedroom has a large en suite bathroom, double bed and terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. All rooms have air conditioning and black out shutters so you can relax in cool comfort.
It has been furnished to a very high standard with art and decoration sourced locally to promote the love of the Island. The open kitchen/dining area has an adjoining balcony with views to the marina, and is perfect for al fresco dining.
The apartment is a duplex and is set across the 3rd & 4th floor of a modern, secure complex on the frontline of the Marina, with lift access, parking and a well kept, shared swimming pool with sundeck.
Marina Botafoc is one of the best holiday locations in Ibiza. It’s close to the beach, bars, restaurants and clubs, and a few miniutes from Ibiza Town Centre. It is also a very exclusive and cool marina to hang out in.

Eivissa or Ibiza is one of the Balearic Islands located in the Mediterranean Sea, and belonging to Spain. With Formentera, it is one of the two Illes Pitiüses. Major cities are Ibiza Town, Santa Eulària des Riu and San Antonio.
Eivissa is the official Catalan name and the name used by its inhabitants; but the name used by Spanish speakers and the rest of the world is Ibiza (usually pronounced using the Castilian morphology: ih-'bee-thuh).
Eivissa is a very popular tourist destination, especially due to its legendary riotous nightlife (mainly in Ibiza Town, the island's capital on the eastern shore). The most famous clubs include Privilege (the world's largest club which holds the weekly event known worldwide as Manumission on Monday nights), Es Paradis (famous for its water parties), Amnesia (famous for its foam parties and what goes on there), Space (opens at around 8AM) and Pacha. Ibiza is also famous for Café del Mar, a chill spot in Sant Antoni de Portmany where many people watch the sunset every night.
So there you have it. BUT above all Ibiza is a place of magic - and everyone who goes there finds there special vibe from a four year old child to a late 80's grand mother Ibiza has some magic for EVERYONE - and everyone who goes there will find their happy bit of love of their own....
The Marina Botafoch area
If you want to head into town then you can walk around the bay or if you can’t be bothered. a very cheap (50p) water taxi will take you directly across. From here you can sample the bars and night life that Ibiza old town has to offer.
Base Bar is one of the more famous ones and a good place to catch the processions or buy tickets for your favourite disco. I thoroughly recommend heading up to the castle to see where the people of Ibiza used to and still live. As the narrow streets lead you higher and higher the view over the Island becomes more and more beautiful. Be sure to sample one of the many restaurants that are liberally placed all around between the bars and exclusive funky clothes and designer jewelery shops.
Morning breakfast can be had in the World famous Café Sidney which serves continental style breakfasts based on most European Capitals. (London, Amsterdam, Paris, etc) In fact they do a rather nice steak salad for lunch and the dinner menu is also reasonably priced. Don’t be surprised to see A-list celebrities alongside famous DJ's sitting on the tables next to you. (The Ocean Drive building opposite is often used to accommodate them.) While you are there you can gaze over to the some 50 or so yachts berthed in the Marina, none of which are worth less than 500,000 euros.
The Talamanca beach is about 300 meters from the apartment. Here you will find the bodies of the beautiful the rich and the famous who for one reason or another do not want to be spotted on the Salinas beach. With a hand full of very laid back and reasonably priced beach front cafes and restaurants, this is one of the best places to relax in peace and quite after a hard nights clubbing.

there are lots of "flight only" charters flying to Ibiza
Easyjet/Ryanair is best for a mid week flight, the charter companies are better for weekend flying.
If you want to be romantic, fly to Valencia and take take a ferry from the mainland to arrive directly into the Ibiza town port.

This place is in a perfect location. The Marina is amazing and there is a nice view to the hills if you sit out on the terrace. We went to Leo's which was withen walking distance and although a bit expensive it was amazing. You really have to try it! The beach (I forget the name but it beging with T - was just literally around the corner and we went there most days. They have loads of bars and restaurants but the best bit is they have one guy that serves you from all the restaurants directly onto the beach and you pay only 15% more for this service. We walked passed Pacha every day but did not go in so I cannot comment about it although it looked busy from outside. We paid just under 5 euros to get a taxi for 4 of us into the center of the old town which is really beautiful at night. When we walked back it took about 10 minutes along the sea front. We found the apartment perfect for us and just like in the Photos. There was one problem, as it was june we were a bit cold at night but we called the owner and he got his agent to bring four blankets around which was great. I would recommend this place for young people as its very central but also for a family as there was no noise at night which I found strange as I was expecting it to be noisy. The apartment was excellently furnished, with comfy beds, aircon and a really nice lounge area, that could be separated from the kitchen easily and made into another bedroom. We used this being three single guests and it worked really well. The apartment overall had a really personal feel - the decor and furnishings, particularly in the central living area were very luxurious and unique - better than any apartment I've stayed in on holiday before. There was a decent-sized furnished balcony too where we enjoyed pre-party drinks before hitting the bars in Ibiza town. There weren't many nearby supermarkets to buy food, but we mainly ate in the restaurants in the marina nearby. There were always spare sun loungers to lay by the pool. Being able to walk home after a night out in Ibiza town was handy, or it was only a 5 min taxi ride. I'll definitely book to stay here agan as it's a great apartment in one of the chic areas of Ibiza town, for a decent price. |

To reserve your dates we require a 50% deposit paid by bank transfer and the final payment is due 30 days before you arrive.
We require a secuirty deposit of 1000 euro paid on the day you enter and returned on the day you leave.
Normal check in is 3.30pm and normal check out is 10am.
There is a 75 euro charge for each check in after 20:00 (8.00pm) or check out before 09:30 (9.30am)
Half days are charged at 150 Euros per half day or part half day.
To enter the apartment when arriving in the early hours it needs to be booked from the previous day, i.e. if you arrive early hours of August 2nd the booking must start on August 1st.
