Location of the house is fantastic, situated one minute walk from Marina Botafoc, a luxury harbour with its restaurants, bars and designer boutiques. Talamanca beach, one of the trendiest on the island, is couple of minutes on foot. Discoteques Pacha and El Divino, 5 star hotel and Casino, hotel Pacha, Ocean Drive, El Corso are short walking distance.
There is a small ferry service offering the best way of transportation in busy summer months-sailing from Marina Botafoc to Ibiza Town, very pleasant, inexpensive and frequent service all day long.
Ibiza Town is short drive away.

Talamanca beach is 2 minutes away walking distance. Local shops, bars, restaurants are two minutes away on foot.
Rental of this property does not include any of the services: food supplying, catering or cooking, maid service and housekeeping, babysitting, transfers or transport of any kind, sale of disco tickets or restaurant reservations, laundry and cleaning service.
Flat is only offered on self catering basis as a private rental between the owner and the tenant.
Parties and loud music or any form of unsociable behaviour is not allowed.

The Townhouse is situated minutes away from Talamanca beach, the closest beach to Ibiza Town.
Talamanca beach is a long bay surrounded with beautiful houses and modern buildings, hotels, beach restaurants, bars and shops.It is cosidered to be one of the trendiest beaches on the island.Restaurants in Talamanca beach offer excellent service to their guests, food and drinks are brought to you while you sunbathe!
Ibiza Town is the most fascinating part of the island, always alive-day and night-, packeed with colourful shops and markets, there is a variety of restaurants and bars where one can enjoy eating outside or simply watching the world go by.
Marina Botafoc is a luxury harbour, crowded with beautiful yachts, favoured by people with good, refine taste. Marina Botafoc is up market and most expensive part of Ibiza.
There are plenty of good quality restaurants to choose from, such as Trattoria del Mar, Giardinetto, Madrigal, Casino, La Raspa...Cafe Sydney, a popular meeting place, a place to be and be seen, is just a couple of minutes walk from the Townhouse.
There is a good choice of boutiques as well as local shops, mini supermarets, simple and down to earth cafes and bars favoured by people working in Marina. Great variety indeed, true charm of Marina Botafoc and Ibiza.
There are many quiet spots, small bars, friendly restaurants, secluded beaches nearby to be found, even in middle of August, when Ibiza is at its peak.
The promenade of Paseo Maritimo offers a pleasant walk connecting Marina Botafoc to Ibiza Town.

"Excellent Location and friendly efficent hosts"
Super townhouse which lived up to and surpassed expectations
Location was really a great advantage, immediately adjacent to the beach but also 2 minutes walk to the water taxi (goes every 15mins) taking you directly to the old town.
I would also recommend a car hire (easy to park here) as the island has some amazing beaches
Vesna and Tony were incredibly efficient and helpful both in the booking and on arrival/departure and also rapidly responsive whilst on holiday.
