About the home

Spacious and modern apartment furnished to a high standard and fully air conditioned. It comprises a large living room with dining area, opening to a terrace with beautiful table with 4 chairs overlooking the communal pool and gardens.

The bedrooms are spacious with large fitted wooden wardrobes. Both bathrooms are modern, new and stylish. Brand new kitchen with all modern appliances including washer/dryer. In addition, there is marble flooring throughout the apartments and electric window shutters. Secure parking. Walking distance to all the amenities and the beach.

Further details

To secure the apartment we require 50% of the total rent to be paid by bank transfer. The remaining 50% is payable at least 4 weeks prior to arrival by cash or bank transfer unless is a last minute booking when different arrangements can be agreed. A security deposit £500 is payable on arrival or by bank transfer prior to arrival and will be returned on departure providing the property is left in good condition. Payment is also available in Euros.

Normal cleaning costs are included in the rental price.

Preferred changeover day is Saturday. Other days will be considered particularly for last minute bookings and outside the high season. Bookings of less than 7 days may be available on request.

Discounts available for bookings exceeding 2 weeks and long term winter bookings.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza (also known as the White Island the Magic island) has everything one can wish for during a vacation... It is the ideal destination for partygoers, families, couples and nature /sports lovers alike. There really is something for everybody! Ibiza enjoys a truly amazing climate so come and enjoy its balmy summers, warm and pleasant spring and autumns and mild and sunny winters.

The beaches in Ibiza are second to none. Some are crowded, full of fashionable people and trendy bars and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food or a cooling cocktail whilst listening to the latest chill out tunes> Others are more family orientated full of entertainment for the whole family and if you search a little, you can find a small "cala" where you will enjoy a more private and exclusive experience.

After a day at the beach why not try one of the many restaurants in the island where you can sample from the finest Mediterranean and international cuisines to simpler and more affordable, but still quality, restaurants. After the sun goes down and if you still have the energy, maybe it is time to experience Ibiza's unique nightlife. No matter if you are there for 1, 2 or 3 weeks there is never enough time to go everywhere but you can always give a good go or come back later in the season or next year!

As well as the beaches and nightlife, the island has some wonderful scenery adventure to the North and middle of the island to admire some truly sensational locations. Ibiza Town is also a truly fascinating place, full of colour, people, music, shops and a constant parade of people and street shows that make people watching one of the favourite pastimes. Ibiza town and its walls date back to medieval times and are very well preserved. There is also a lovely cathedral worth visiting.

The Marina Botafoch / Ibiza Nueva area

5 minutes walk to Talamanca beach and between 10-25 minutes drive to the best beaches in the island, including, Salinas/Es Caballet, Playa d'en Bossa, Cala Conta, Cala Tarida, Cala Salada etc

Multitude of shops, bars and restaurants as well as 2 of the best nightclubs in the island (Pacha and El Divino) about 5 minutes walk away. Cafe del Mar, Space, Bora Bora, Privilege, Amnesia, Blue Marlin and some of the world's best clubs and bars are all located less than 15 minutes drive from your front door. There is a cab rank located a couple minutes walk from the apartment.

A 15 minutes leisurely walk and you will be in the port from which you can take a 45 minutes boat ride for a day trip to the breathtaking Formentera or even rent your own boat.

If you prefer a more eco-friendly and active holiday travel to the North and centre of the island which offer a great variety of activities for the more active holiday maker.
