This is a truly spacious ONE bedroom flat, very light , modern and comfortable. It is situated in a newly built building, close to Marina Botafoc, discoteques Pacha and El Divino, local shops and many restaurants and bars. Talamanca beach, one of the trendiest on the island, is less than 5 minutes walk.
There is a large living room, decorated in light colours, modern and functional, with direct access to a lovely patio with flowers where one can enjoy al fresco dining. There is a TV, DVD, Video, and CD player. A good selection of DVDs and videos in english, books and magazines.
Kitchen is modern, equipped with all necessary machines.
Bedroom is quiet, has a good storage space and a comfortable double bed (that can be arranged as two single beds, if requested) Bathroom is huge, fully tiled, with bath and shower attachment, vanity unit, WC and bidett.
Flat is fully AIRCONDITIONED.

One of the most exciting parts of Ibiza is Ibiza Town, with it's numerous restaurants, cafes, street markets, boutiques...
For those with more refine taste we highly recommend Marina Botafoc, a luxury harbour, with it's restaurants, bars, cafes, famous discoteques, designer boutiques. Talamanca beach, the closest to Ibiza town, is minutes away walking distance.
The Marina Botafoc area
Marina Botafoc is a new marina, close to Ibiza Town, where all the rich and famous have their luxury yachts displayed for all to see. It is a trendy, modern and very exciting part of Ibiza, liked by people of all walks of life.
There are plenty of good quality restaurants to choose from, some good bars and cafes, designer boutiques, local shops, as well as simple bars and cafes, favoured by people working in the Marina, owners of expensive yachts, as well as numerous, well behaved tourists.
It is the place to see and be seen, but at the same time, it is the place to relax and watch the world go by. A true mixture, real charm and spirit of Marina Botafoc, comsopolitan, upmarket , trendy-but not pretentious.
Discoteques Pacha and El Divino are walking distance.
There is an excellent ferry/boat service from Marina Botafoc to all parts of Ibiza-probably the best way to explore all that Ibiza has to offer.
Paseo Maritimo offers a pleasant walk connecting Marina Botafoc to Ibiza Town. Talamanca beach is just few minutes walking distance.
