Home description

This superb, brand new, 2 bedroom apartment is finished and furnished to a very high specification. The lounge a large LCD TV and DVD player and an extremely comfortable 3 piece suite. It also has glass sliding doors on two sides leading to an 'L' shaped terrace. The terrace has an outdoor lounge seating area, dining for 6 people, sunloungers and a day bed. There are 2 bathrooms, both with power showers and a kitchen with all the necessary amenities. They include a ceramic hob cooker, oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, full dining service and cutlery. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom contains 2 singles. Both rooms have plenty of storage and a supply of clean bed linen and towels is provided. The apartment is fully air conditioned and there is an intercom entry system. The apartments are set in a lovely 'Miami' style garden complete with pool surrounded by hard wood decking.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza has long been known as 'the entertainment capital of the world'. This is not only due to it's fantastic nightclubs but also it's bars and restaurants. As well as the nightlife the island has some wonderful scenery with over 50 beautiful beaches to explore. Perhaps the most famous of the historic buildings on the island is the Dalt Vila in Ibiza town. The town dates back to medieval times and is incredibly well preserved. It also has a very lovely cathedral. Surrounding the Dalt Vila are many wonderful bars, restaurants and shops. Indeed the shops in Ibiza town are highly recommended. You can also visit the adjacent port and marina area. All in all, with it's hot Mediterranean climate, Ibiza is a very popular place to visit and has something for everybody.


Marina Botafoc area

Ibiza is famed for it's nightlife, restaurants, bars and nightclubs many of which are only about a 10 to 15 minute walk away from the apartment around the Dalt Vila in Ibiza town. Even closer is the world famous Pacha nightclub which is about a 5 minute walk away. Beach lovers are catered for by the beautiful Talamanca bay which is only a few minutes away on foot. The nearby Marina has numerous boats harboured there and is a delightful place for a walk after dinner.


How to get there

There are ferries from mainland spain into both Ibiza town and San Antonio. The main airport, just outside Ibiza town, is serviced by most European countries including numerous airports in the UK.

For bookings of less than a week we have an additional charge of half a day. In order to calculate the daily rate we simply divide the weekly rate by 7. This figure is then multiplied by the number of days you require plus the additional half a day surcharge.

Winter lets available with discounts possible on longer lets.


Conditions

There is a damage/security deposit of €500 euros or the sterling equivalent payable on arrival.

If you would like to reserve the apartment then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% of the deposit payable six weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival. Payment is by either bank transfer or PayPal.
