About the home

This is a lovely ONE bedroom apartment situated in a well known residential block of flats in the heart of Paseo Maritimo, Ibiza.
Location of the apartment is fantastic, as it is walking distance to Marina Botafoc, a luxury harbour with it's numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques and local shops. Talamanca beach is few minutes away walking distance. Ibiza Town is about 15 minutes leasurely walk along the Promenade.
World famous discoteques Pacha and El Divino are just few minutes away. Chill out lounge/garden bar- Keeper and Pacha Hotel are closeby too.
Flat is situated on the first floor, has lovely views of Dal't Villa and Marina. Flat consists of a a living room with a comfortable sofa that opens as a double bed, if needed. Small but well equipped American style kitchen, lovely bedroom with access to a terrace, modern bathroom. There is a terrace with table and chairs ofering lateral views to Dal't Villa.
There is airconditioning unit in the living room, quite enough to cool down the whole apartment.

Communal swimming pool is large, equipped with sun loungers.
Along Paseo Maritimo, opposite of the building, there is an outside "Gym" and children playground.
There is a jogging route along the Promenade of Paseo Maritimo that all keep fit enthusiasts use every day.
Local shops, chemist, cafes, local restaurats less than 2 minutes walk.

The Ibiza region

Ibiza Town is the most fascinating part of Ibiza, always alive, day and night-packed with colourfull shops, markets, variety of restaurants, bars. Plenty to see from it's history too, some old and beautiful monuments, churches, architecture that goes on for centuries.
There are many beautiful beaches one has to see and experience, stunning sunsets and sunrises...amazing night life, good cuisine, but most of all-Ibiza is about it's people, a true cosmopolitan variety, friendly, open and truly special.

The Marina Botafoc area

Marina Botafoc is a luxury harbour crowded with beautiful yachts, favoured by people with good, refine taste.
It is the most upmarket and prestigious part of the island, buildings are well built, expensive and stylish.
The promenade of Paseo Maritimo is favoured by local peolpe as well as tourists, it is a real pleasure to take a stroll that connects Ibiza Town with Marina Botafoc, to see all the boats, lovely building, flowers and plants along the way.
Marina Botafoc offers a variety of well known restaurants, such as La Raspa, Il Giardinetto, El Divino, Madrigal, Cafe Sydney, to name a few...Many amazing boutiques with latest fashion, many cosy bars where one can chill out day and night.
Discoteques Pacha and El Divino are close too. Night life is truly amazing, but equally, if one wants to have a quiet holiday, to just relax and take it easy, this is the place to be too.
