This is a spacious TWO bedroom TWO bathroom apartment in a brand new, impressive and ultra modern residential block of flats, situated minutes away from Marina Botafoc, Paseo Maritimo and Talamanca beach.
This building is considered one of the best on the island,situated in a prestigious area
of Paseo Maritimo, just few minutes on foot from famous discoteques Pacha, El Divino and Keeper.
Well known hotels-Ocean Drive, Hotel Pacha, El Corso and Argos are close by too, so are many good and trendy restaurants and bars.
Talamanca beach is few minutes walking distance.

This apartment is furnished in contemporary style, modern and fresh, with accent on comfort and practicality as well as luxury.
Flat consists of a good size living room with dining area for 4 people, modern and comfortable sofas "Conran " style and direct access to a large terrace with table and chairs.

Kitchen is modern and functional, furnished with good quality kitchen cabinets and appliances,mostly Smegg.
There are two bedrooms: Master bedroom has a large king size bed, fitted cherry wood wardrobes and an en suite bathroom.
Second bedroom is arranged as twin, has cherry wood wardrobes, second bathroom is a modern shower room.
Bathrooms are ultra modern, with stylish accessories, fully tiled.

Marble flooring of highest quality in beautiful beige colour is running throughout the apartment and the terrace, giving it a feel of space and light.
Communal parts of the building are modern and minimalistic, decorated in marble and chrome. Private gardens are well kept, swimming pool is large with wood decking all round, overlooking the immaculately kept gardens. There is underground secure car parking.Electric window shutters.

There is a large swimming pool for the use of residents and guests of the complex. Next to it is a smaller one for children.

There is a 24 hour security on duty, as well as security cameras installed in front of every block as well as communal pars of the building.

There are many beautiful beaches, some crowded with trendy people, some orientated for the family entertainment, some quiet and tranquil even in August, when Ibiza is at it's peak.
Ibiza town is the most fascinating part of the island, live and buzzing day and night, full of colourful, happy people from all over the world.
The Old Castle, museums and Churches are a must to see to understand Ibiza's history and tradition.
biza is famous for it's rich and quite amazing night life, but most of all, Ibiza is about it's people-friendly, cosmopolitan and laid back.

The Marina Botafoc area

Marina Botafoc is a luxury harbour, crowded with beautiful yachts, favoured by people with good,
refine taste. It is the most upmarket and expensive part of Ibiza. There are many quality restaurants to choose from, variety of boutiques, local shops and mini supermarkets.
A landmark of Marina Botafoc is "Cafe Sydney", a friendly bar / restaurant, a meeting point for local people and well behaved tourists, where one can easily sit for hours and watch the world go by.
Great variety indeed, a true charm of Marina Botafoc and Paseo Maritimo.
Talamanca beach is minutes away, it is one of the most popular beaches on the island, being closest to Ibiza Town, with many restaurants, bars and cafes as well as water sports on offer.
Transport facilities are excellent, there is a taxi rank nearby, bus stops and easy access by car to all parts of the island. Probably the best way to travel is by a small ferry which connects Marina Botafoc to Ibiza town, which runs every 15 minutes and is reasonably prices.

We just wanted to take the time to THANK YOU for making our holiday PERFECT!!! We had a blast and having such great accomodations and friendly people to welcome us was the perfect start to our holiday!! It was a pleasure to meet the both of you!!! Thank you for all of your suggestions on restaurants and locations!!

We are saving to come back next year and stay at the flats again!!! Everyone should be as lucky as we were to have met such wonderful people!! I have truly fallen in love with Ibiza and the people!!

Myself and Matt stayed in one of your apartments in July this year. This was our 2nd week after our wedding in Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza.
I've noticed that you don't have any guests comments as yet. We would be happy to say how great out apartment was as we had a fantastic stay there!
We are hoping to be back next summer and will hopefully book with yourselves again once we know dates etc.
I hope you are both well, and no doubt you will be needing a holiday yourselves soon after the busy summer.
