Architectural Designers island hideaway overlooking beautiful Marigot Bay and its undiscovered beach, Villa Case et Cuisine sensitively fuses contemporary style with traditional Caribbean elegance. The house is set dramatically on a series of terraces and is framed by lush tropical vegetation. It is the perfect vacation retreat for one or two couples or families with children.The main terrace opens off the living room and master suite. With its teak table and chairs, this outdoor area is ideal for poolside dining and socializing. At midlevel a broad wooden deck with padded lounge chairs is edged by a soothing waterfall which cascades into the pool. At the top of the property a charming pergola provides a quiet place to read, enjoy a glass of wine, gaze at the sea and dream under the stars.The villa was completely renovated several years ago and has been furnished by the designerowner. Light and airy, the interior blends island comfort with casual sophistication. Sliding glass panels allow the living and dining spaces to be opened up to the front terrace facing the bay and the pool and gardens to the rear. The custom built kitchen with breakfast bar features stainless steel European appliances and is fully equipped for cooking by guests or a private chef. Other amenities include a flat screen plasma television satellite dish network, stereocddvd player, and a Bose speaker system inside and outside.Each of the two bedrooms has a queen size 4poster bed with luxurious pillowtop mattress and elegant linens. Located just off the main road, it is a two minute walk to beautiful palm fringed Marigot beach. The Windward region

St Barts, known as Saint Barthelemy officially and simply as Saint-Barth to the locals, is eight square miles of paradise in the north eastern corner of the Caribbean arc. Not far from either St Kitts or Anguilla, both of which can be seen on the horizon.

The Marigot area

Marigot is a small area on the eastern end of St Barts with a small beach. Marigot has some famous residents and is also close to Grand Cul de Sac which has several beach restaurants and watersports.
