Designer luxurious village house in Maria de la Salut at 15 minutes from the beach. Newly renovated with everything needed for an unforgettable holiday, design furniture of high quality, Plasma TVs, Blue - Ray, Jacuzzi, TV Cable, Internet WI FI connection... all combined with charm, respecting the original parts in this old Majorcan house.
On the ground floor there is a private gym with training machines perfect for keeping in shape, a big dinning area with a place for relax with a beautiful complete bathroom. In the lounge area there is a very comfortable sofa, a big Plasma Tv with blu-ray, home cinema... Close to there you can see the kitchen which has two areas, one of them for cooking with all amenities, oven, microwave, dishwasher and the other with a place for breakfast and a lovely fireplace.
Upstairs in the rooms area, the principal bedroom has a big bathroom en suite with jacuzzi and everything that you need in a luxury suite: air-conditioning, Plasma TV and communicated with the terrace. ... Close by this you find a bathroom and three comfortable bedrooms with air-conditioning in all of them.
Outside you can find a big terrace, there is a traditional wood oven, garden furniture, a children's pool and up the stairs there is the solarium with a chill out place perfect for relax in the evening or make a barbacue.
In summary, a lovely house holiday away from the noise and inconvenience of the cities or overcrowded areas where you can enjoy the real Majorca at only 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the public pool,( this swiming pool cost only 1,5 euros all day).

The Mallorca/Majorca region

The Maria de la Salut area
It is only to 14 kilometres of one of the largest bays of the island, linking Alcudia and Can Picafort. There you will find many options such as windsurfing, kitesurfing or enjoy long walks. Maria de la salut has the perfect atmosphere of a traditional Mallorcan village, lovely places for walk, a traditional market every week for buy fresh fruits and vegetables, the church and at the main square you can find plenty of local cafes wih terrace for take a coffee "al fresco".

The price to take a taxi is around 60 Euro one way Airport - Puerto de Alcudia Alcudia. It’s easy to find one of the white taxis outside the terminal in the airport.

Another option is to book before and take a shuttle, you can share or take one by yourself. It is less expensive. ( around 14 € /person if you share it ).
