The apartment has a private entrance to a beautiful enclosed communal swimming pool. You can enjoy the outdoor life relaxing on the terraces, having a barbecue or soaking up the sun by the pool.
Pafia Residence Apartment is located only minutes away from the harbour and the quay, which is lined with restaurants, cafes and shops and nearby UNESCO-protected ancient sites. The Old Town of Paphos is a 15-minute walk away with its main shopping area, old bazaar and local craft shops.
Nearby Faros (Municipal) beach is a pleasant 500m walk with all the comforts of a high-quality holiday resort - clear waters and all the amenities you'll need.
It is only minutes away from the the biggest in Cyprus, brand-new Kings Avenue Mall and Tombs of the Kings Avenue where you'll find plenty of shops, nightclubs, cafes, bars and restaurants in addition to a great selection of various excursion offers is within walking distance.

The open-plan light-coloured dining/living/kitchen area has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors with a view to the garden. Entering the apartment through the front door, you face a mahogany credenza, robust wooden dining table and matching chairs. Beyond the dining area there are two soft settees and an armchair. The TV, DVD and CD equipment is all in the lounge. There is plenty of seating along with a glass enclosed breakfast room that opens onto the front garden.
The kitchen area is separated from the dining area by a snack counter. If you wish to cook at home, the kitchen is equipped with a gas 4-position hob, an oven and a microwave. There is a fridge/freezer and washing machine for your convenience. The door on the opposite side of the lounge leads to the covered utility area-cum-storage, which can be used for parking bicycles, motorcycles and even a compact car.
From the sitting area, a corridor leads to the bathroom, the master bedroom and second bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in closets, a dresser, a mirror, a bedside table, reading lights and enjoys a garden view. The second bedroom has two single beds, built-in closets, 2 dressers, 2 mirrors, 2 bedside tables and also opens onto the garden. The bathroom has a WC, washbasin, along with a bath and shower, all with hot and cold running water.

Pafia Residence Apartment is surrounded by a private mature garden with a multitude of flowers, trees, bushes and hedges. There is a gated parking space for a car, as well as a parking space in the general covered parking area to the right side of the apartment. Since the apartment has a triple-aspect view there is often a lovely breeze to help keep the apartment cool (in addition to ceiling fans and air-con). The large swimming pool is gated and access is granted exclusively to the dwellers of the apartment-block and their guests.
One of the joys of Pafia Residence Apartment is being able to spend a lot of time outside. There is plenty of seating on the patio and terraces along with sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.
In order to secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 5% will be required together with the completed Booking Contract.
The rate is for the Apartment per night – however many people there are in your party (up to a maximum of four adults, not including children up to 5 years). The minimum rental period is three days (for some periods 1 day minimum stay applies, please, inquire).
Wi-Fi internet access and Internet TV is available at €5 per day, €25 per week / €60 per month payable on arrival.
A baby cot is available at €1 per day or €5 per week payable on arrival.
Cleaning service (including bed-linen and towel change) is available at €35 once a week (or upon demand).
We ask for a breakage deposit of 100 EUR if your stay lasts up to 6 days and 250 EUR for stays over 6 days, which will be returned in the end of your stay.

Four municipalities administer the region, each with its own special attraction for you to discover - the municipalities of Pafos town, Geroskipou, Pegeia and Polis.
Kato Paphos (Lower Paphos) is a coastal area with municipal beaches, hotel resorts, markets, restaurants, shops, bars, cafes and nightclubs and soon a large shopping mall. It is the main tourist area and the location of many UNESCO World Heritage protected archaeological sites. At the Harbor, there is a large pedestrian walkway which excludes motor traffic while mooring local fishing boats, launches and yachts for day excursions. Fresh seafood restaurants are in abundance along with coffee shops, souvenir stores, grocery shops with local produce and arts & craft stands featuring artifacts of present day and ancient Cyprus. The square in front of the medieval castle at the far end of the harbor is the venue for the annual Paphos Aphrodite Festival featuring internationally known opera troupes. At the nearby Ancient Odeon an open air Choir Festival is organized each June with local and overseas groups participating. The Cyprus Marathon, 1/2 marathon and 10km race, takes place every March starting at Petra tou Romiou - legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, and finishing at the Paphos Medieval Castle Square. Every year at the end of the hot summer, nearby Stroumbi village holds a festival in honor of Dionysus - the Greek god of wine to celebrate the island's great wines, including wine exhibits, tastings and traditional Cypriot dances and songs.

"Fantastic apartment, good location and great value for money!"
Fantastic spacious apartment and very helpful owners. Great location just off the Tomb of the Kings road, and a short walk to the harbour. Great for families with children as you can lock the gate to the private pool. Lovely garden with plenty of seats and well equiped apartment with WiFi. Parking for your hired car. Ideal for wheelchair users. A short walk across the Tomb of the Kings road is the beach. Very easy to book and we were meet by the owners on arrival, and on departing our damage deposit was returned to us. New shopping mall do to be opened shortly just 5 mins away! We would love to visit Paphos and the Pafia Residence again!

"Amazing property for an amazing value"
This brand-new spacious apartment is situated within walking distance to all major attractions and just two minutes away from a bus stop in case one wants to undertake farther trips. It is conveniently situated between the Tombs of the Kings and Paphos Port. The Beach is around 5 minutes away. There is a nearby supermarket and plenty of places to eat and drink on the adjacent street. Make sure, however, that you find out how to get to the property in advance because at first it could seem quite confusing.
The apartment itself is modern, nicely decorated and very well equipped with all necessary facilities (including air-conditioning in all rooms!!). It also boasts a beautiful garden where one could enjoy having breakfast or dinner and a private entrance to a pool accessible throughout the day
The owners were very friendly and ready to assist you both prior to and during your stay in Paphos.
It is certainly a property not to be missed since the relation quality-value for money is just perfect!

"Wonderful stay, despite the gloomy weather"
Very convenient for families with children. They can play at home, in the courtyard and on the nearest playground. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartments are well equipped and include everything you need. Hospitable hosts helped us with the arrangement.
