Villa Dolores is a traditional Catalan family owned villa with a large garden, private swimming pool, private squash court and barbecue. It has one big living room and four large double rooms making it ideal for groups of couples and families with young children. It is located in a very quiet area next to a golf course, tennis club and with a sailing club and harbour within a 15 - 20 min walk.
The town the villa is situated in (Llavaneras) is a preferred destination for Spanish people living in Barcelona or Girona looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and also tourists who are keen to experience the relaxed pace of typical Spanish family life in contrast to the package holiday version. Villa Dolores is just 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, train station (1 hour to Barcelona) and the same to the main village.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The Costa Maresme or "Barcelona Coast” is located along the Mediterranean just a few kilometres to the north of Barcelona city. The Maresme Coast´s geography is characterised by long sandy beaches from which the beautiful wooded hills rise from the sea. Sant Andreu de Llavaneras is particularly a seaside village situated approx 45 km north of Barcelona and 60 km from Girona. It is the favourite destination for Spanish people. It is located near the beach with a famous yacht harbour "El Balis" but it also near the mountain where you can enjoy horse riding, cycling and hill walking. This village is known for its sporting events and big family holidays resort with young children.
Maresme area
Not only is it a relaxing and quiet place but it has a big shopping mall nearby and groceries, bakeries and shops in the village of Sant Andreu de Llavaneras. The Costa Maresme is one of the centres of the Penedes wine growing region and the area is famous for its gastronomy with many excellent bodegas and restaurants. Tourism is one of the main local industries and there are excellent sporting facilities including golf courses, sailing marinas and horseriding, walking and other outdoor pursuits in the natural parks.

Perfect location. It is situated half way from Barcelona and Girona's airport. Just 40 Km from Barcelona city centre with direct train, motorway and public buses.
