The villa is situated in a quiet, countryside location. You can find very nice points of interest, excellent Italian restaurants, and of course, very good Tuscan wine. The Argentario Coast is an hour's drive away as well as Porto S. Stefano, Elba island, Porto Ercole etc. while Florence is 3h.
The villa has a lovely outside patio where you can dine al fresco and has a huge private swimming pool surrounded by trees and gardens.

The Tuscany region
Tuscany is the most beautiful green area in Italy. The house is situated in the south part of the region, which is famous for the production of wine such as Brunello and many different kinds of Sangiovese tendril. In the area there are many historical and archaeological sites and very interesting little cities (Sovana, Sorano, Pitigliano, Siena).
The Argentario Coast is reachable in less then an hour of driving as well as the towns of Porto S.Stefano, P Ercole, Isola del Giglio and Isola d'elba.
Maremma / Saturnia area
A perfect place to connect with nature, relax and enjoy good food. You can reach Saturnia, visit the small village and enjoy the hot waterfall available at any time during the day or night or you could go to the Saturnia Thermal spa to swim in the private pool. You can also be pampered in the beauty centre. In Montemerano, 1 km away, there is a 2 star Michelin restaurant "Caino" to try for a special. In the area there are many activities available such as horse riding, golf, walking, hiking etc

Driving directions from Rome:
Follow the direction to Civita Vecchia take the exit 30 towards - Aurelia- follows the direction to Grosseto (pass Montalto di Castro, Tarquinia, ) take the exit at Vulci follow the direction to Manciano Saturnia once in Manciano follow direction Montemerano – Poderi di Montemerano – the villa entrance is on the road between Manciano and Montemerano. once there call Luciano Bianchini, he’ll wait for you along the street.

Further details indoors: The Villa has a very large living room with a fireplace (you could even cook in it!) and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor as well as on the third floor there is one double and one twin bedroom with a bathroom (in total four bedrooms and two bathrooms) . Two single beds are extra.
Each room has a balcony with stunning views of the green hills. The house is about 210 mq and has an olive grove and vineyard.
Further details outdoors: You can arrive by car at the main entrance and park there. There is a lovely patio equipped with a table and chairs where you can dine or have lunch with beautiful views surrounded by nature. The park is 8 hectares with a vineyard, an olive grove, and a lot of trees.
At few steps there is a 15 m swimming pool furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas.
