This part of tuscany is not well known but it offers a lot of possibilities: culture, arts, beach, good cooking and wine! in 1 hour is possible to visit PISA, LIVORNO, GROSSETO, VOLTERRA, MASSA MARITTIMA and nearer the nice ancient little towns of SUVERETO and CAMPIGLIA MARITTIMA. this is the area of the etruscan, a lot of sites are visible like BARATTI, ROSELLE near GROSSETO, VETULONIA. the weather in this area is beautiful and never very cold. it is possible to have bath till mid october or more.
Maremma / Suvereto area
Maremma is famous for the wild nature, here is still possible to see the animals free like: wild pork, porcopine, badger, the mediterranean turtle, wonderful birds like hawk, robin and in summer the disappeared firefly
