There are truly exceptional views of the wide intersecting tropical waterways and with it’s own over-sized private boat dock and direct access to the gulf, the shimmering waters of the gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches of the Island are just minutes away by boat.

Large double doors with etched glass mosaic and an imposing entranceway, lead directly to the beautifully furnished Island–style morning room with stunning views of the waterway and a separate formal dining area. All living areas are fully-tiled, each bedroom has luxury Berber carpeting and for added luxury there is a full in-room stereo surround sound system in each room.

The separate family room has magnificent views of the tropical waterway, relaxing sofas and armchair, Bahaman ceiling fans, wide-screen TV, DVD and VCR. Double doors lead out to the pool and sundeck. The breakfast nook has seating for 4 with an aquarium-style window overlooking the water.

A stunning designer-styled kitchen has marble counter tops, direct servery to the dining room and the luxury stainless steel appliances include, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove and microwave oven. A large utility room includes family washer and dryer.

Master bedroom en-suite – elegantly styled with beautiful water views and access to the sun deck and pool. Features luxury king-size bed, overhead ceiling fans, two walk-in closets and TV. The beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom has walk-in shower, full bath, twin vanity units and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2 enjoys stunning water views and has twin sliding doors to the pool and sun deck. Featuring luxury queen-size bed, overhead ceiling fans, double closets and TV.

Bedrooms 3 has twin-size beds, overhead ceiling fans, TV and double closets.

Bathroom 2 has walk-in shower, single vanity and toilet. All bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

A separate den/home office located at the front of the home has pull-out double sofa bed
