Casa Tatano is a quintessential holiday villa with a wonderful view of the sea, located in Marciano, which is only 3 km away from Massa Lubrense.

Casa Tatano takes over the ground floor of a two-storey villa, about 20 minutes by car from the famous town of Sorrento. It can sleep up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms, has its own private swimming pool and private terrace and boasts a garden and a parking area for guests’ cars. We recommended that you hire a car to stay here to make it easier to explore the nearby towns.

The private swimming pool is a fantastic size of 9 metres by 3.5 metres and 1.2 metres deep, and around it are sun loungers to relax upon with parasols. There is an outdoor shower too and the pool is reached from another terrace which you access via 10 steps. However, should you want to go to the beach, the famous Captain Cook bay is around 2 km away.

Inside, there is a lounge with a table and chairs for 8 people, a sofa, a television, and the room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. Please note that the air conditioning units are in the lounge, in the annex and one unit on the hallway that accesses the rooms. Here, you will also find the kitchen area, which is fitted with a five-hob gas stove, a fridge-freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher. From the lounge, you will have access to the second terrace via the French windows.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Ground floor:

A corridor connects the three bedrooms. Air conditioning is installed in the corridor to keep the rooms cool.

• Bathroom 1: fitted with a shower cubicle, bidet, sink, and toilet. Access is from the lounge.

• Bedroom 1: contains a double bed and has a window facing out onto the second terrace.

• Bedroom 2: contains two single beds and has a window facing out onto the second terrace.

• Bedroom 3: contains a double bed and has a window facing out onto the second terrace.

• Bathroom 2: fitted with a shower cubicle, bidet, sink, and toilet. Access is from the corridor.

• Outbuilding: contains a room with a double bed and television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The room also has an en suite bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. Access is from the pool area.

Casa Tatano is a wonderful place to head for a fantastic Italian holiday as it is well located and has everything you should need for a relaxing holiday. For instance, it has the following amenities to make your stay even more comfortable:

• Tourist tax 2,00 euros per day from 1/04 to 31/10 per person for the first 5 nights. Children under 18 years do not pay.

• Damage deposit 300,00 euros

• Late check-in fee after 10 PM = 30,00 euros

• Heating during winter, on consumption

Casa Tatano has a lot going for it, particularly its highly convenient location. In fact, it is the following distance from these sights and destinations:

• Only 1 km from the nearest bus stop.

• 2 km from the closest restaurant.

• 3 km to the town centre in Massa Lubrense with its shops, bars and restaurants.

• 9 km to Sorrento’s town centre and its well-connected train and bus station.

• 60 km to Naples International Airport.

Casa Tatano is hard to beat thanks to all its modcons and amenities, not to mention its views and location. We also think guests will love it for the following reasons:

• Pompeii, the site of huge historic importance, is easy to reach and return in a day.

• Sorrento has a great deal of its own history, but Massa Lubrense also has its own charm.

• This part of Italy can attract a lot of tourists, but Casa Tatano remains very peaceful.

• Marina Grande is fun to head to in Sorrento for some great seafood and relaxing on the nearby beach.

Casa Tatano is a true gem of a find, close to Massa Lubrense and Sorrento.

How do damage deposits work?
