The main house has a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen with dining table and a bathroom on the ground floor, and two rooms with double beds on the upper floor. The house is made of stone which is visible on some walls and makes it a cool place in the summer months; the rooms have wooden floor and ceiling (with wooden beams), and the whole house is furnished in a rustic style.

The other, smaller house on the property consist of one large space called “Konoba” and is a traditional Istrian place for gathering, eating and drinking wine and is a real living room of the property. It has a table for 6 with additional wooden banks on the side and large open fireplace grill. Lovely details such as old wine holders and wooden tools hanging from the ceiling and intense blue furniture make this place most used room of the property.

There are plenty of beaches on this side of the Istrian peninsula, such as Krnicki porat (2.5 km away from the house), Rakalj (3 km away), beautiful pebble beach Duga Uvala (8 km away). If you are interested in exploring Nature park Kamenjak, with its more than 30 various bays (pebble, rocks, sand), it is a half an hour drive from the house.
